Great Customer Service!
I emailed about a concern I had with my billing. The lady said, "No problem, I can take care of it." And just that quick, she did. No muss, no fuss. It is never that easy when dealing with Customer Service anymore. It was a breath of fresh air to have my issue resolved that quickly.
Cost vs performance?
Purchasing the service and tags was easy and reasonably priced for the service provided, however I have not yet had anything returned to me that was lost, so I really cannot evaluate if their return service is acceptable.

I am still in shock...in a good way! My son lost his iphone 2 years ago when vacationing in Myrtle Beach. We received a notification from ReturnMe that it was found in a restaurant booth. It had clearly been there the entire time and was found hen they were deep cleaning. A MILLION THANKS! The ReturnMe staff were all amazing with communication and explaining to process, and the overall assistance was A+! Thanks again. I am an even bigger fan now!

It is excellent that there are options: one may contact the finder directly or deal with the company and remain anonymous to the finder.

I was mugged and my bag was stolen
I was mugged and my bag was stolen. 3+ weeks later I got an email from ReturnMe. Unbelievably everything was still there. I don’t believe the story that it was just found given that it was 3+ weeks after. I think the kid who stole it took it home and his mum found it. Regardless Happy and appreciative of the ReturnMe service. Worked a treat.

I received a ReturnMe tag as part of a gift...
I received a ReturnMe tag as a Christmas gift but didn’t think much of it and tossed it in a drawer. Years later, while cleaning out my junk drawer (don’t judge—we all have one!), I found it again and decided to register it online.
At the time, I had just started as a Flight Attendant and figured there was a chance I’d misplace my keys in a hotel somewhere, so I put the tag on my keyring and forgot about it. Fast forward four years—I return home from a trip and realize my keys are gone. Since I had been halfway around the world, I assumed they were lost for good.
Two days later, I got an email from ReturnMe: someone had found my keys, called the number on the tag, and reported them. Thanks to the tag, I got them back without the hassle of changing locks.
I can’t recommend ReturnMe enough! Their service was excellent, and I’m so grateful I had that tag on my keys. If you don’t have one yet—get one!

An Updated review
I originally wrote a review giving them a one star because I did not receive the product. I also stated they did not respond to my email. Unfortunately, I missed their email reaponse. Not only did they respond, but they made it right. The problem was the Canadian Postal Strike. They refunded my money, but still provided the product. I couldn't figure out how to take down my original review so I wanted to write an updated review about the great service I received.

Lost Wallet on road trip
The decal provided by ReturnMe was attached to the inside of my wallet over a year ago. Little did I know it would be the anchor for getting my wallet back (together with a honest and trusting individual who found it and called ReturnMe). Couldn't have asked for a better experience in getting my wallet returned. Thank you.

Avoided ski resort lost and found
The QR code made it easy for the person who found my keys to contact me and coordinate getting them back to me. I lost them at a huge ski resort with multiple lost and found locations so this was easier than going through them.

Missing tags and an awesome fix
Emailed about missing tags, learned about the strike slowing mail. Decided to order an extra set and ship express with tracking because we're leaving soon, and they refunded the first order, even with it still in the mail! And included a "Gadget Pack", extra tracking stickers for your electronics! ReturnMe customer service is absolutely top-notch. Totally worth the peace of mind, knowing my valuables are in good hands if they get lost!

I won’t even use the contract I paid for
I won’t be using these people even though I bought a contract! I ordered some more tags (free with purchase supposedly) after purchasing a contract and I NEVER RECEIVED THEM AND KEPT GETTING THE RUN AROUND EVERY TIME I CONTACTED THEM! I don’t even know if their system works as I have never had to use it so I probably won’t ever use it because I don’t trust them anymore!
