This was my first time making a large purchase of custom DS Lite systems, and the results did not disappoint!

There were specific things I wanted to have done to the systems I made an order for. The seller was able to make my idea come to life with beautiful systems as a result. I appreciate that he was able to accommodate my requests and fix things.

Email communication was prompt, detailed, and included progress updates, which were all very much appreciated. The seller even included some helpful freebies with my order in case I needed them in the future. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be using his services again.

If you are thinking about getting a custom system built, having repairs made, or wanting to reshell your handheld console for a new look, I cannot recommend Retro Revolution enough!

Excellent service and communication. My DS had multiple issues and all of them were addressed and fixed. I received it back as if it was brand new out of the box again. Pricing was fair and repairs were done extremely fast. 5 stars, would use again in future.

Great quality and very responsive customer service! I had issues with my custom DS lite and they did not hesitate to give me a shipping label so they could take a look at it and make necessary fixes. Once that was done they returned me the console in perfect condition with the problems fixed flawlessly!

10/10 you can trust them with your order, there is a non return/refund policy but they will 100% do everything to make it right if you have a problem with your custom made console until you are fully satisfied with it!

Retro Revolution 's online video content gave me the confidence to attempt my own repairs on a notoriously tough system to repair, the DS Lite, but when I reached a point where my experience couldn't carry me anymore I contacted them directly and was so pleased by the attention to detail, quality service, and communication on display!
I truly hope to see the channel and shop/services grow because they deserve it!
