Absolutely stellar service. Reached out asking when something was in stock for my sons birthday present. He told me it would be in stock and delivered in time. He chucked in some freebies for my son as well. My son was over the moon with his new handheld!

Fast delivery with a good repair and great customer service

I honestly cannot rate Steve and this company high enough. As mentioned in some of the other reviews , Steve really went above and beyond. I sent in a Gameboy colour in for repair which was then very quick and fantastic value and top notch communication throughout.
You don't get this level of service in many places and I cannot recommend Retrolize highly enough.

The item arrived with a fault, it was repaired swiftly and returned with extras working as intended.

Order came reasonable fast. its the perfect gaming item for me and its price is not too steep. Most importantly, the seller is very helpful and responsive. Would buy from them again. 5 stars.

They also mods them to bring them into relevance such as power and hdmi mods.

TLDR: got old dust collectors? Let the team put you on the track to retro gaming bliss.

I bought a anbernic rg35xx plus from retrolize! I just say I'm impressed! It comes with the handheld a case, screen protector, cute retro keychain and a small pack of sweets (: the user interface uses retroarch or you can use the stock! Prefer the retroarch as theirs alot more customisations and the ability to fast forward 8 bit to 16 bit games as well as 3d ones (: the customer service is fantastic! They respond fast and help resolve any issues I have! Would highly recommend you wont regret it!

Extremely professional! Really happy if the service.
I sent a game boy cartridge to be fixed, at the end was impossible, but I got all the feedback and I could find a committed support trying t sort out.

I bought a Gameboy color with a new brand bright screen, I am playing it a few times ans just works perfect. Also I old game boy pocket was fixed as there was no image working. Really recommend it if you want to bought a retro console or repair yours.

It got to me quickly. Everything works great.
