Very good communication throughout the process - mended my gameboy and did a great job. Returned in post with a nice case to keep the gb in.
Went from not working at all to fully working.

I had a great experience with Retrolize, my gameboy which was in need of repairs was serviced fantastically and was returned working perfectly. I would suggest that the repair service description could use more details on the website however, as it was unclear what the process was once I paid for the repair service. Thankfully though the team were very quick to respond to my query about this process, which meant I could send in my gameboy.

I found Retrolize only a couple of days ago. I ordered 2x Retroid Pocket Flip 2's only only had one in the colour we wanted. So waited one more day for them to get stock in, he advised me that they got some in, I said send them both together to save 2 lots of postage.

I received them today and was surprised when it came with a case, I was not expecting that.

Communication from Steve was first class. It's actually nice to have a shop in the UK you can buy these handhelds from because you normally have to import them from China and have a massive leadtime.

I would absolutely order from Retrolize again and thank you again Steve.

After my childhood Game Boy Colour stopped working, I sent it off to Retrolize for repair. They were very communicative from day 1, letting me know what they discovered as they investigated the repair, and sharing photos with me. After discovering the internals were beyond repair, they advised me on replacing the motherboard. I also decided I wanted a new backlit screen, which they fitted for me. After swift return delivery, I'm reunited with my Game Boy. I highly recommend this company for repairs, they are clearly dedicated and passionate about what they do.
