This is more a review of the service. I placed the order for two items and in the end, I cancelled the order and requested a refund. I received the refund to my account the next day. The items arrived and I sent them back. I will, in the future, order from Retaica

Nice quality of material on both tops I ordered.

The items were good quality. The shipping was within a reasonable time frame. Happy with both items.

I am always surprised by the length of time to get to me.
When I order, the site says free return. How do I do that? I may choose to return 2 of the 3. They are a little big.

SCAM! Do not order from this site. Took a long time to receive my order and I was so disappointed in the poor quality of the items, both fabric and sizing. Trusting their website “Return policy” I ordered several items. The return policy has been a nightmare and has turned out to be false; as they offered me $14 and suggested I “give the clothes to a friend”. There is no customer service number anywhere to be found. I have been scammed. 😫

Absolute junk! The worst customer service ever. They do not honor their return policy (I contacted them the very day the package arrived, knowing that I did not want to keep any part of the order). They asked me for pictures, which I sent immediately of the items with their tags in place and the bags they were shipped in. Then they asked me to send pictures a second time because they needed them in .jpg. I told them the photos I sent were in .jpg. Then no response until I bugged them again several days later. Then they offered a measly $18 refund on a $100 purchase and told me to keep the clothes (which I really DON'T want as the quality truly sucks!). I told them, "Okay, I just want to be done with you now". And now, here it is, many days later and I see NO movement towards my little refund being processed. These guys are fly-by-nighters... run the other way.

Excellent quality of the tops, but it take 5 weeks to recieve them. Despite the time I love my tops Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will shop again

I am trying to return one sweater from my order. It’s been a difficult process. I keep emailing their customer service. When I heard back they asked me for a picture of the sweater. I emailed a picture of the sweater. Still waiting fir return authorization or shipping label. It really shouldn’t take this long. I received email this morning and they offered me $12 if I pay shipping costs.

really skeptical about this site, we had a bad experience last year with another online women's retailer. this product arrived without any issues, kind of slow delivery. surprised in that the article did not have a tag indicating country of origin or washing instructions. Ad says its was made in Indiana, but billing was thru England and product was shipped from Colorado.

It took a while to actually receive the order, I didn't realize they didn't have stock.
Once I got the products I was very happy they looked great and fit quite well.
Looking forward to wearing all the tshirts.

The sizing is off! According to the measurements advertised, these tops would be larger in the bust and longer in length than what was sent. They offer partial refunds, but I order to get the full refund you must pay the cost to ship back to China. I feel completely ripped of and lied to. Do not buy!!

I am very pleased with the dresses I received. However I still have two dresses from my order that I have not received. I am really looking forward to getting my last two dresses. Thank you.

I love the clothes, they are great! The only complaint I have is they took a while to ship and receive them.

4 stars instead of 5 only because it took forever to get here and for that reason, I will not be ordering again, but the shirts are as phenomenal as they look in pictures. Absolutely gorgeous style, material, size, everything. 5 out of 5 stars for quality and beauty. I definitely recommend, if you don’t mind waiting a few months to get your order.

Very happy with the quality of the shirts. However, delivery was very slow.

Horrible Company. They are a complete fraud. The clothes took a month to receive. The quality is horrible. The dress is completely see through. I ordered Large sweaters to have them oversized and comfy. They are extra small/small at best. I can not wear them. Website says 30 day free return. That is a complete lie. There is no phone number you can only email. They don't respond all the time and when they do it is the middle of the night because they are from overseas though the website says USA. It is NOT. They wanted me to pay $16.99 to have the clothes sent again. I refused and said I wanted a refund. They then said they make the clothes based on the size chart and would give me $10 refund...for over $100 of clothes. I told them no and I wanted a full refund. They also charged me an international fee after they said the clothes are made in the USA.
DO NOT buy from this company or any of the adds you see on Facebook/Instagram that have models with their heads not in the shot. Anything from Tennessee or Indiana is a complete SCAM!!
