This is 100% scam as they say "Cancel any time" will not return your money. it will cancel the subscription only to not recharge you again on next billing cycle.
Paddle.net is the merchant but its the same owned by Resumeworded.com my logical question how a merchant can check on the service provider what service and how much have been used.

my Honest opinion, donot pay for it. other free AI tools can give you much better results.

This issue is out of the top drawer.
