After my experience with your clinic’s poor and dishonest treatment, I received a message asking me to email or contact your customer service. Your customer service is extremely poor, and I did not receive any response to my message. Why do you ask us to call or send an email if you have no intention of correcting your mistakes with your clients? Why the dishonesty?

I had a very disappointing experience with the head office this clinic. Last Thursday, I purchased a laser hair removal treatment through their website. At checkout, the system applied a 50% discount, but later that same afternoon—just a couple of hours after I had my session—I checked the website again and saw that the treatment was actually being advertised at 60% off.
A friend of mine also purchased the same treatment on Thursday, and she received the 60% discount, which confirmed that the promotion was already active that day.
I contacted the head office via email on Friday to explain the situation, but instead of addressing it properly, they insisted that the 60% promotion only started on Friday. This is simply not true, as both my friend and I saw—and purchased—the treatment on Thursday. They also ignored the details I provided and kept repeating the same incorrect information.
I expected honesty, transparency, and fair pricing from a clinic offering medical-grade services. Unfortunately, this was not my experience.

I’ve been getting my underarm laser done here for three years with no issues. Last September, I tried their microneedling package and got my usual underarm laser on the same day. Two weeks later, my underarm started showing a burn mark, and my face developed dark pigmentation exactly where they did the microneedling. Three weeks passed and it just kept getting worse.
Five weeks after the treatment, I went back to the clinic to get it checked. The girl told me she’d file a report and someone from HQ would contact me. Four days went by with no call, so I went back—only to find out from another aesthetician that no report was ever filed. They finally made one, and a few days later I got a call. The moment I answered, the staff on the phone sounded defensive and unfriendly, telling me pigmentation after microneedling is “normal” and that she can’t say how long it’ll last—could be months or even years. YEARS? Seriously?
They offered treatment for the underarm, so I agreed. After that, they booked me in right away. By the third treatment, I had to call and follow up myself, and I was left waiting on hold forever. After that session, they said they’d call me again… it’s been 10 days and still nothing.
Honestly, I’m exhausted from having to chase them for aftercare. My face still has visible pigmentation in the exact pattern of the microneedling, and my underarm now has a dark burn mark the size of a two-dollar coin. This whole experience has just been horrible
PS: No, never mind. It’s been a month and my refund still hasn’t been processed. The service has been very poor.

The staff here are so lovely (Werribee Pacific), and are committed to giving an effective treatment that they talk through so you know exactly what they're doing. Quick procedure expertly done. Won't go anywhere else for injectables now

I am extremely disappointed with Results Laser as their lack of compassion was zero.
10 treatments were purchased for my disabled sibling who resides in a group home. The expectation being that support staff would be taking her monthly for each session.
Results Laser Liverpool called to inform me that there were five sessions left and that they would expire in ten days. After explaining the issue, they asked I call HO who would be able to assist.
Upon explaining the situation and requesting an extension so I could schedule remaining sessions and take sibling myself Julie (Manager) advised she understood the situation however NO.
It's truly disheartening that compassion and understanding couldn't be offered in this situation. I didn't ask for a refund; I simply needed a bit more time to utilise the product purchased from a disability pension. It's a shame, will never return as a customer...

Bought services from their Southland site and booked them in at the times I was advised by the technician.
Turned up to my last “pre paid” appointment and found it had expired, had to pay for that treatment again and was told there was nothing they could do. Contacted head office and was advised the same thing. Watch out for these crooks they don’t advise when treatments will expire, book you after they expire and happily take you’re money. I lost $200.
Defiantly go somewhere else for your treatments, sale or not they hold them for 12months plus and don’t expire.

The worst place for cosmetic Injectables. No chance of fixing issues or concerns as all other salons do after 2 weeks. Be prepared to cough up- even if promised your product will be stored for just that reason.
Management have NO care for your wellbeing. Just their profits.

I am extremely disappointed after contacting your team several times. I received a call today in which the staff member focused more on the fact that my service was complimentary rather than acknowledging that I was clearly a victim of discrimination in the service I received.
It appears that this staff member is solely responsible for all clinic operations in every state of Australia and was unable to escalate my concerns to a senior representative. Instead, they suggested that I pursue external avenues for further support.
I am saddened by the company's lack of advocacy for its customers. It is evident that a learning and development team is needed to provide staff with empathy training, as we all require this at some point.
I apologize if I have said anything hurtful, but by not providing a $60 repeat session, you have lost at least three family members as future patients.
Additionally, your staff claimed they reviewed video recordings and found no evidence that I received less treatment time compared to my wife. If I had received the same service, why would I have reached out to express my disappointment in the first place?
I am requesting access to the video recordings for my records. Please organize to send them to my email. If you cannot provide them, I would like to escalate this issue further, as it is now an ethical right for me to do so.
Please refrain from telling customers that they received a complimentary service, as every customer always pays for the products they are convinced to purchase.

10 year client, went to book using my $800 worth of laser Id pre purashed to be told its expired. They refuse to now provide the service even though i DO NOT have the email they "apparently sent" When speaking to the head office this morning to discuss the consultant spoke over me the entire call and offered ZERO support. disgraceful way to treat customers. I WONT be returning

Liana at Results Bayside is THE BEST. She’s honest about what you do or don’t require, informs you of EVERYTHING and is a master at her craft! If you’re looking at injectables, Liana is the one you want to see. You will NOT be disappointed.
I’ve been to a few different clinics over the years but have been using Results Bayside for everything for approximately 2 years now. All the staff are friendly and just lovely. Highly recommend.

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience at Results Laser Clinic. I purchased a package without being told that it would expire in just 3 months — this crucial detail was never communicated to me at the time of purchase. When I later discovered the package had expired, I was refused a refund or any kind of credit.
This feels like a deliberate lack of transparency, and it’s unacceptable for a service that isn’t cheap. I trusted the clinic with both my time and money, but instead I was left feeling misled and ignored.
Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to raise the issue. There was no empathy or attempt to find a fair resolution.
I won’t be returning and can’t recommend Results Laser Clinic to anyone. Be cautious before purchasing anything – read the fine print and ask very specific questions, because they certainly won’t volunteer the full information

when my daughter left for her Uni exchange last Sept 24, I transfer her balance to my other daughter's account, I wasn't told I needed to use the balance within 3 months and it will expire within 3 months, so I was totally not aware of the time limit. I have been really sick and my younger daughter was only 16, so i pay for everything of hers. When i called up to get some help, wasn't going to help at all and consider any circumstances, e.g. i was sick, my older daughter was/is away, said nothing they can do.
I remember I went into the store and make sure the transfer of the balance happens back in Sept/Oct 24. I had the balance sit in the account and thinking I will use it to purchase something later. when i get around to it and the balance is gone. I didn't get any text messages or emails to notify me my money is expiring. they said they text my older daughter, first the money wasn't in her account if they did transfer the balance to my other daughter's account, second, they should be well aware of she is not in Australia. So the fact that they claimed they texted her about the balance is useless. Then they claimed that I have used the money to purchase another package which I didn't, hence the package has expired without me knowing. I wasn't told or made aware of any of these happened and all they can say was there isn't anything they can do. I don't think it's fair and they are not taking any accountability of any of these. and it's not a credit and it's not a package, it's money that I actually paid, why would my money be expired??

Didn't answer their phones repeatedly for months, then tell me I'm at fault for my sessions expiring even though I couldn't book because they don't answer phones. No help, no concern, no refunds, no compromise, worst service I've ever experienced. Nobody listen to the reply below either 👇 it’s a scam - I have already contacted them on the phone and via email and they told me that there was zero they were going to do to help me

They are quick to sell you a voucher but not quick to disclose their policies until after when it’s too late.
If you ask before purchasing they tell you lies. When you point this out they say they will no longer be able to discuss your case and keep your money
Do not deal with them.
I was happy to work with them for a positive outcome but no they just keep your hard earned money
You post this copy and paste reply every time to look decent but have told me you will not do anything or answer questions. So I will keep on posting and getting the word out

I’m extremely disappointed with the “Advanced Light Therapy Facial” I purchased for $140. The entire session consisted of just 10 minutes under an LED light—nothing else. There was no actual facial treatment involved, no cleansing, exfoliation, or anything that typically constitutes a facial. I’ve been a returning customer and expected much better, but this felt like a total scam.
This was misleading and absolutely not worth the price. I would never recommend this service to anyone.
