I had a project outside their scope. They did their best and did get a chip installed for me, they just didn't have enough information on my device to fully diagnose its issues. Their customer service was great though.
We were in quite a bind when our business computer ate our quick books. You can imagine our panic! Geek squad was over a week out and the other place I called didn’t work on Apple products. I was nervous to try a company I was unfamiliar with but felt like I had to give it a shot. Blake was incredible! Fast and SO SO reasonably priced! He had our computer up and running as good as new with all of our Quickbooks recovered. We are customers for life! Our experience with Blake was excellent. He listens, is conscience about about getting the best value for money you may or may not want to spend. He was timely and communicated well. Much better experience than we would ever have at The Apple Store.
Restore Hub did a really nice job replacing the battery on my 2015 Mac. I followed Blake's recommendation to replace my charger and my Mac is working great again. They were quick and very friendly. I will call them again if I have other technical problems. The deep cleaning that Blake did was well worth the extra $20.00. Thanks, Gary
