Restored Furniture Omdömen

Helpful advice via telephone prior to ordering; can’t fault delivery and very happy with the furniture purchased.

Love our new old bureau.

A beautiful piece refurbished Welsh dresser, lovely colour and paint work and delivered within days of order, straight to our door. We are very satisfied customers!

Lovely piece of furniture, excellent condition. Good price, prompt delivery. Would definitely purchase from Restored Furniture again.

The quality of the furniture is outstanding and the prompt serve and delivery made for a pleasant buying experience. Thank you

The quality of the restoration is excellent and is a great way to recycle furniture whilst supporting less fortunate members of society. We have had 2 items and both look great and fit well into our decor

Having had such a wonderful experience purchasing a chest of drawers from Betel, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and intend to make them my first port of call when I’m next looking to buy a piece of furniture. The ordering process and communication were excellent, the delivery process was seamlessly efficient, and the item I bought has been beautifully restored, as well as being fantastic value for money. It’s also such a great initiative to support. I couldn’t be a happier customer!

I am very pleased with Restored Furniture; I have bought a few pieces. A beautiful side board I bought causes visitors to quite literally gasp when they see it - it is so beautiful. I am very happy with the service in terms of information sharing, delivery service and communication with the Company when there was a small issue. A small pane glass in the lovely cabinet we recently bought was cracked. Restored Furniture responded very quickly and had a very polite and courteous 'can do' attitude in managing the situation. They take pride in their restored furniture and I will definitely buy from them again. I would recommend buying from this company based on the positive experience I have had,

Good website with lots of lovely, tempting things. The number of images for each item is really helpful in assessing its condition. Easy to order, easy to pay. Delivery arranged and goods delivered on due date.

Great people altogether to deal with. We'd go again if we need any furniture for our home. Tim was knowledgeable about the furniture and helped us to look at the furniture they had in stock. He delivered too and kept us up to date on when he'd be with us to drop off. Altogether great if you want to have a change from IKEA.

We've bought from Betel before as we feel it is more ethical and environmentally friendly than buying new. You get well made furniture, at a good price whilst supporting a charity. There is always a good selection to choose from, well made, beautifully restored and prices are far cheaper than most stores.

A lovely restored chest of drawers delivered safely - very happy!

I bought a beautiful oak sideboard. I’m absolutely thrilled with it. It was delivered by two lovely, helpful young men who were courteous and efficient. I would recommend buying furniture from this company to everyone. What a great way of buying quality refurbished and restored furniture. Better quality than modern, better for the planet. Win win for everyone.

We ordered a beautifully restored bureau. A seamless experience, very happy indeed.

The bureau I ordered had some issues but these were immediately resolved and a collection and full refund was offered. These things happen, but it's how the company reacts that is a true measure of their quality.
As a result I would not hesitate to order again.

Beautifully restored linenfold cabinet. Packaged with care and delivered promptly. Delighted to support a good cause too

Sold us a beautiful piece of furniture really well restored.
What more could you ask for?

Excellent item and customer service.

Bought a beautiful, characterful desk. Arrived very quickly, kept up to date throughout the process and delivered with the best protective packaging of anything I’ve ever bought- anywhere!
Very happy with our lovely new/old desk.

First class restoration, I was delighted with my purchase. No hesitation in recommending to others. Excellent delivery service.
