Excellent experience, from purchase to delivery. Updates were given and adaptations made.

I would definitely purchase items from Betel again.

An excellently restored vintage piece, wrapped with great care. The website was clear, the photos a correct representation of the goods, all very easy to navigate, order and pay. Overall an excellent service.

Good clean clearly presented website, prompt service & well packed & received in good time 👍

Brilliant service excellent cupboard unit , perfect condition and the men who delivered it were very polite and helpful

Great quality furniture, and really helpful customer service. We had trouble getting a wardrobe we bought from Betel up our stairs, so Ricky from the Glasgow branch came and helped us by taking it apart and then reassembling it upstairs for us. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I’ve already bought another piece from them, that I’m looking forward to receiving later this week.

Lovely tables, delivered quickly. So well packed! A happy customer, again.

Once again, excellent value for good quality products. Quick and efficient delivery by friendly staff who put the items exactly where you want them. Nothing is too much trouble and communication is great.

So pleased I came across Restored when hunting for preloved furniture in particular sizes for my small house. Easy to search on their website, efficient ordering process and fast delivery using Proovia who actually take care of the items they are delivering. Have ordered 3 items from them already and will be looking for more soon.

The piece of furniture I bought is fabulous. It has been beautifully restored with the drawers and doors opening easily. The delivery was fast and efficient with the the article I bought very carefully wrapped so no damage occurred in transit. I would highly recommend this charity!

Helpful delivery and good quality furniture

Love ‘Restored Furniture.’

Beautiful piece of furniture. Really pleased with it. Kept up to date with delivery which arrived on time. Will be a returning customer and have recommended to others

We've had three units from Betel. One we purchased in-store, and the other two online. We are delighted with their quality. What is particularly pleasing is their total honesty in their photographs. If there's a fault they highlight it so the buyer knows exactly what they are buying. No chipboard either! Would fully recommend them and what a great cause to further by buying from them.

Excellent, individual furniture - beautifully restored and professionally delivered.

Interesting array of quality furniture in stock - our blanket box arrived exactly as pictured and the courier was great.

Would highly recommend to anyone.

Beautiful restored furniture
Wonderful website
Everyone always very helpful

The company stored the dresser I purchased for 2 weeks until I had finished decorating the room and I was ready to receive it. It was then delivered very promptly and the delivery team kept in contact on the day of delivery to update the delivery time. The delivery men were excellent and placed the dresser just where I wanted it. The dresser is a beautiful piece of furniture and is the 4th piece of furniture I have purchased from this company. I would happily recommend them.

Beautifully restored furniture. Charles and Richard were so helpful when we went to view the items in advance of purchasing. Everything was delivered with care and to specific rooms. Really delighted and will definitely be a repeat customer.
