For years, I was doubtful about the effectiveness of therapy, but in 2018, I realized I needed someone to talk to as I was struggling. Nordia turned out to be a beacon of hope during that difficult time. Her patience and empathy made a tremendous impact on me, and I knew from our initial session that I had chosen wisely. The gradual and methodical approach she used empowered me and instilled the confidence I needed to tackle my challenges, skills I continue to use daily. I had been sceptical about therapy for a long long tme but in 2018 I felt i really needed to speak to someone because I was in a very bad place. Initially I felt anxious about starting sessions but as soon as they were underway I was completely reassured. Nordia was patient and attentive and the sessions felt productive.
