I had the opportunity to work with Responsiv as a freelancer for a couple of years on multiple projects and can certainly say it was one of my best work experiences.

The focus while working with Responsiv had always been on timely delivery (and most importantly) with quality & innovative solutions solving complex business problems for the customers. There was always a clear available definition of work scope, transparency, discipline and leadership to execute.

This was only possible with the team of some best talents in their work area who were always available to support and go the extra mile. I could easily reach out for help to the leadership team or someone working on a different project. The story continues outside the work with some amazing team building events that made me feel part of one Responsiv Team.

It is sometimes demanding when working away from home or office but the amazing support from the operations team was always available in every area like remote work, billing, reimbursements, timely payments & any other required guidance to make us feel comfortable at work and also balance personal/family needs.

I would highly recommend working with Responsiv that comes with assurance of working with the best team and great leadership.

We've sub-contracted on five long term projects with Responsiv via their Associate programme. They were very amenable to revisions in wordings both in the overarching contract and individual Statements of Work. Communications with the Resourcing and Contract team were always prompt and clear.
We've had no issues with payment and staff in the AP team have been patient when we've made minor mistakes on our invoicing.
Technically, Responsiv hire professional, qualified staff. Equally important in our opinion is that fact that they also endeavour to hire staff not only with good people skills, but a sense of humour and willingness to help colleagues.
We'd be happy to do further business with them when the opportunity arises.

Responsiv provides comprehensive integration services to a range of clients, through their expertise they are able to help customers to the right solution to fit their business needs. Whilst working with Responsiv as a freelancer, this was very apparent on the engagement I worked on, the customer was provided with a clear and honest solution to their problem which results in the customer having a significant cost saving. Furthermore, as a freelancer you are made to feel part of the Responsiv family, payment for my services were always punctual. I would highly recommend Responsiv as an organisation to work with.

I've been a freelance IT consultant since 2001. I've worked on many projects for many end clients via many agents/agencies or IT solutions and service providers. During this time, I've had good and bad experiences and everything in between.

It has been a breath of fresh air working with Responsiv since 2017. The Responsiv team I interact with are all friendly, helpful and approachable. Although I'm a freelancer, I have access to a lot Responsiv resources and even get invited to their meetings and celebrations. As such, I feel much closer to Responsive than any other agency or company I've worked with.

The Responsiv Team has always been open and transparent regarding opportunities they have for me. They have always kept me informed of progress and updates to potential opportunities and projects I was working on.

It would be unusual for invoices not to be paid on time. if my memory is correct, since 2017, there has only been 2-3 occasions when payment was not on time. (Not even Responsiv is perfect) Each time, a quick email query to the Responsiv Accounts Team would rectify the situation. (Yes, their accounts team actually responds!)

All the end clients I work with have always been happy with Responsiv and that always makes it a much happier place to work for the freelance team Responsiv places in customer sites.

I would have no problems at all recommending Responsiv to other freelancers.

I must add that I have not been financially incentivised to write this review. Nor have I been pressured or influenced in giving them a good review. I was asked to provide a review and this is just my honest experience, I hope readers finds it useful.

I've worked as a freelancer for Responsiv a number of times over the last few years.
Responsiv are a very professional organisation with a balanced business approach to projects, making sure they put together the best teams for their clients project needs and mixing permanent staff with expert freelancers when necessary to maximise results.
On a personal level I've always found working with Responsiv to be fun with a good inclusive working environment and the necessities of freelancing (pay, timesheets) taken care of in a stress free manner.

Responsiv was one of the best consultancies I have worked for in a long time. They paid a good rate, it was on time and I was always able to reach then when required.

They took extra care to ensure that both me as the consultant and the end client where happy.

They where open & honest and I would work for them again.

I have worked with Responsiv a few times in recent years in the capacity of a freelance resource. This involved working in two different projects and at client sites.

I worked alongside and Responsiv FTE's in order to support larger delivery of project work and also trouble shooting on smaller pieces.

As a freelance resource I felt part of the team. I was expected to and happy to contribute to design and decision making. Expectations were made clear for both myself and also the customer and I believe all parties came away satisfied with the outcome(s).

I found the team friendly, professional and fair to deal with. Payment was prompt for both expenses and invoices and the process was smooth.

More than happy to recommend and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again some day.
