Love this brand! The quality of the clothing is honestly second to none. I've gone all in with the full kit and can genuinely feel the difference in my recovery after training. I wear a Whoop band to track my metrics, and my HRV has improved since the very first night I started wearing this brand. I used to be a big fan of Lululemon and Alo, but Resonance's quality combined with the special twist they infuse into their fabric, makes it the best product on the market for me. Highly recommend giving it a try.

I don’t know how to even explain how freaky it is that they work so well. Worried non stop about both my Achilles. Bought the socks for a football tournament. Came away from the tournament where I played every minute, feeling like I hadn’t done a thing. Everything else aches, my Achilles feel like a walk in the park. I can’t explain it, it’s like magic

Having tried out the clothing, I can honestly say, it's completely changed my life.
I'm no longer shaking/jerking throughout the night so getting really great sleeps, something I've not done for nearly 8 years after a head injury.
The affect this had on my arthritis was crippling. Now I can move my hands freely (love my gloves), I sleep in one of the sleeves and getting over 7hrs, usually only 2-3hrs. The energy I have now is incredible. I did my first bike ride in over 7 years and did 18 miles straight off.

I have bad arthritis in my knees which as a golfer isn’t great!
I purchase a knee brace after a recommendation. I played 18 holes without pain for the first time in over a year with it on.

Has truly given me hope again I can continue playing.

Suffer with Achilles Tendinitis and could barely walk the day after playing, wore the grip socks for the first time & the difference the next day was incredible, highly recommended!

This product has been game changing. I’ve suffered with tennis elbow for the last 12 months, think I’m recovering and it comes back, can’t stop playing sports especially Tennis, which don’t help! Haha but wearing the sleeve while playing has made an unbelievable difference to my whole game play. I don’t feel any discomfort in my arm, and I don’t notice anything that can impact my game play. I genuinely love the product and highly recommend its use and benefits. I will 100% be exploring other products for future use

The leggings are a lovely quality, only been a few days so have notice any difference in back yet

I think they work as less tired after golf and tennis. The only negative is washing in cold water difficult to remove stains. Also.material very heavy and tight. Not sure if this is required..

I purchased Resonance golf gloves . Tried out on the range under different conditions and found I hit the ball on average 8% further when wearing the glove , trying out with different clubs . I tried this out over a period of time sometimes wearing the glove first then trying without and vice versa thus excluding the body being better warmed up hence hitting purer shots . I excluded my duffs to gain a more accurate result . Don’t know how it works but this product works for me and I will continue to purchase other items from their range .
