Great for workouts, football and cricket too!
I use the Energise & Rebuild before workouts, football and cricket. As a 50+ year old man, I need all of the help I can get! I like the boost it gives me to sustain performance, and it is actually tasty.
I use Calm & Rebuild in the evening afterwards to help with recovery.
You may need hydration at the same time - othwise it can take a little time to fully ingest
This is a great product - I highly recommend it

I love this stuff, delicious and good for you at the same time!
My favourite is the Calm and rebuild Dark Choc and Hazelnut which I first bought to give me the boost I needed when playing lots of tennis. Have to say the jar doesn’t last long as the whole family keeps getting to it before me because it’s so delicious. Definitely not just for the elite athlete can highly recommend.

Excellent taste and very convenient
I bought two products and loved them. I have chosen the Energise version as I really like to get a boost in the morning from a cup of coffee and this product has caffeine so I was wide awake and energised while also enjoying the taste of the spreads. Recommended.
