Overall, I am very satisfied with XarkezPL and use the service for my orders from Poland. I have already placed my next order, and it certainly won’t be my last.
Communication with XarkezPL has always been friendly and helpful. On a few occasions, I would have appreciated a slightly quicker response, as I sometimes had to follow up.

I particularly appreciate that the service has continued to improve during the time I have been using it. There have already been one or two new features, including one in particular that makes shipping from the warehouse to the customer easier and faster. I see this very positively, as it shows that the service is continuously being developed and improved.

Shipping from Poland was also very fast and straightforward.

I don’t really have any criticism, but I do have one small suggestion for improvement, if this is possible: When an order has the status “Seller to Warehouse,” it would be helpful to provide customers with more transparent information about the process. The FAQ states that this step can take up to 15 days, which is understandable, but providing a more specific update on the current status would, in my opinion, offer even more transparency.

Overall, I am very satisfied with XarkezPL and can definitely recommend the service for orders from Poland.

Purchases are made on your behalf immediately after sending payment, forwarding is done quickly, and fees are very reasonable. I honestly wish I had found reshippingbyx sooner, I've wasted a lot of money and time with other forwarders, and this was by far my best forwarding experience. Highly recommended!

I wish that reshipping wasn't necessary but when it is these guys are definitely the place to go! Order came through and the only problem was the packaging from the original shop - no fault of the reshipper!

Overall, the service is well-integrated with Discord. Everything was transparent (order status both locally and after reshipping to France, communication with the company, pictures of the parcel’s content, etc.).
I could pay with PayPal in order to benefit from the buyer’s protection.

I received the parcel today as planned by DPD, and I am pretty happy with it.

Overall, I can only recommend.
