1 star. Would not recommend.
The drop calls are constantly inaccurate.
90% the time the info is wrong. The monitor is basically useless too they say wholesale pieces are all stained, ripped or bad quality when you can literally find better and cheaper pieces yourself if you know where to look instead of being on the monitor for 15 hours a week and getting worse results then using a wholesaler.
Their ACO bot is terrible as well. One drop had around 120 people running and only 7 people actually copped. For something people are paying for, that success rate is awful.
Community is toxic too. Instead of helping people, it feels full of ego and people gatekeeping everything.
I am not campaigned with anybody I would just like to not be known as I will probably get verbally abused by the owners.
Definitely not worth the money in my experience.

Thank you for leaving a review.
We would like to note to others that this review is with the name 'Anonymous' and is consistent with a coordinated campaign we have addressed in our previous responses - submitted by the same group of individuals removed from our community following documented misconduct, including cyber bullying directed at our staff and members.
On the specific claims: our ACO has generated over £50,000 in verified member profits. Success rates vary by drop, competition, and site security - citing a single result in isolation, without context, is deliberately misleading. Our Vinted monitor has recorded over 150,000 successful cops and our drops are not 'inaccurate'.
On community: our 100+ verified reviews tell a different story - the vast majority from members who joined with no prior experience and are now generating consistent income.
We remain open to any genuine concerns raised through the proper channels.

I originally was sceptical on wether these discord groups work, but after using resell vault for a good 3/4 months I can assure you that it isn’t a scam and you not look back on manual sniping, very quick replies from the staff and they are very helpful. Will be staying in this group 😀

Disrespectful owner
The reason am writing this review is because am really disappointed in one of there owners and how rude he was towards me when i was over there, i was banned from resell vault because one of their owners don’t like me but the reason they said i was banned was “reaking havoc, after many warnings, ragebaiting all the time” this is simply not true because i did not talk in the server in weeks or days and when i did , i didn’t say anything negative
but to be fair one of the owners is reasonable, respectful and fair but the other owner is really disrespectful and childish and banned me because he didn’t like me
so i wouldn’t recommend this reselling server especially to beginners as their not respectful

Hi Ianis, we appreciate you leaving a review, and we want to respond honestly for anyone reading this.
Bans at Resell Vault are never issued lightly or on personal preference. Multiple warnings, clear reasons given, and a final decision made only when the behaviour is consistently disruptive. The reason noted here reflects exactly that.
We genuinely care about the culture inside this community. Hundreds of members, many of them complete beginners, rely on it being a positive, focused space. Sadly, text-based environments can attract immaturity and behaviour that pulls away from that, and we have a responsibility to protect the majority when that happens.
We don't take any ban as a win. We're happy to revisit this decision in the future, and we wish you all the best with your future.
Very helpful staff and great services

Amazing server
Amazing server, the monitors are good and if there is any issues with them they inform the community immediately, they have 3 monitors on offer which means if one is down you are still being sent snipes, can’t go wrong for the price at all, the community itself is great too we all try to help each other where we can, you can always dm a helper, louie or tom and know they will do their best to help you with whatever your issue is. They have pre made channels for snipes too which means you can begin sniping products immediately. Highly recommended 🙏

Owners are toxic
Owners are toxic, Co owner cyber bullied me. Wouldn't recommend. Monitors are mid. Aco so bad doesnt even cop anything. Whole server is unjust and rude. The responses they give to the trustpilot reviews are all lies. Most toxic server ive ever been in. Much better options on the market

Thank you for the feedback. For transparency, this review has been left by an alternate account of a user and his friend we removed following a sustained period of harassment directed at our senior staff, including sending explicit content to a team member. The behaviour was documented and the decision to remove was made after multiple warnings over several months.
We take all genuine feedback seriously - our 100+ verified reviews reflect the real experience our members have with us.

Hi Josia,
Thanks for the feedback, though we'd love some clarification - could you let us know what you mean by "server most of the time off"? We run three separate bots (V1, V2, and V3), which gives us 100% reliability between them as a fallback system, something no other group in the space offers. Members are getting consistent successful checkouts every day, so we'd genuinely like to understand what you experienced so we can look into it.
On the setup side, we've built a custom Google Chrome extension specifically to make onboarding as simple as possible, alongside a brand new mobile app that streamlines the whole process even further. We ship updates and improvements every single week. It sounds like you may not have come across these tools yet, which would explain the difficulty - but we haven't seen a support ticket from you, so we haven't had the opportunity to help.
Please open a ticket in the server when you get a chance and we'll personally walk you through setup tonight, end to end. Our other reviews speak to the quality of our support and the results members are seeing, and we'd really like the chance to get you to that same point.
