Relieved

I fired an employee who left us some…
I fired an employee who left us some brutal demeaning online reviews on different platforms. It stung, gotta be honest. But Reputation Ease came through big time - the co-founders even helped us personally! They went above and beyond in answering all of my questions and took the time in explaining how the process works. They got the worst removed and helped us get more feedback from staff that have been with us for years. I learned a lesson about exit interviews!

An investment worth every penny
Letting go of a poor performer can be tough, but it's the right call for the business. Unfortunately, it meant a disgruntled ex-employee hit us with some nasty comments on Glassdoor, tanking our rating. I contacted Reputation Ease, and their team did a great job getting those defamatory comments removed. My rating went back up, and more importantly, it reflected the reality of our positive work environment.

We recovered
My online ratings took a hit after a few detrimental reviews. One call with the co-founders changed everything. They removed the bad reviews and helped us get positive ones from happy customers. Sales are back up, and I can't recommend them enough!
