Refund policy is not great
Refund policy is not great. The jeans I ordered are too wide. They offer only store credit as an option to process the return.
The company agreed to refund instead of offering a credit store but I had to pay the DHL fees - 22 euros.

At first i was very unpleased by the product received (was too big) so i wanted to make a return and get a refund but i didn’t understand their way to make all that so i contacted the support and we found an agreement really quickly which was very customer sided by the way. Glad i’ve reached an agreement that quick and that efficient ! The jeans are great too but it fit a bit big (84cm long in every size) and i’m 5’9. If you have any problem don’t hesitate to ask the support !!!

Ist mit abstand die schlechteste Hose…
Ist mit abstand die schlechteste Hose die ich habe. Ich habe die schwarze Bestseller Hose mit den weisen Farbflecken drauf bestellt, Ich habe die Hose 2 mal gewaschen und die Farbflecken waren weg also im großen und ganzen hole ich mir eine Hose für 109€ und kriege eine Hose die ich nicht haben wollte. Rausgeschmissenes Geld.
