Wrong item delivered. We contacted customer service and it was resolved. It would have been perfect to get our order from the first time. But mistakes happen and then the most important is to get them fixed, they did that!

❌scammers ,I placed an order since 23rd of December and reputation didn’t ship out , waited a while which they said it was the holidays they will ship out 30th of December i decided to wait no shipment still I contacted them again 2nd of January which they said it was a delay again they will ship out yet no shipment up till now January 6th 2025 , is been 13days I have not see my shipment only for them now to ask for review of the items they never even shipped talk more of delivered currently now they stopped replying to my emails since the 2nd of January I am so frustrated on wat to do I have commented on their instagram post even texted them on there no reply , this is the worst experience ever ❌❌❌❌

Bad sizing and very expensive shipping & returns. Ordered a pants size L, fits like S, return cost 22€ and they only give it back as a store credit. Dont buy here

For the moment one star , my order #124580 is stuck at the Heathrow International LC I don’t know why and I don’t know what I should do .
I’m trying to contact the customer service but at moment nothing.

I ordered jeans, I got them in a day. That's where the good ends. I got the wrong product, I drove the package to the airport terminal so they could get it back quickly. They refused to send me the right ones until they got the package back, even though it was their fault (and i offer to take a video of returning in dhl office). When they got the product back, I got a new tracking code and a notification that the right product had been sent to me. The code didn't show anything for days, it turned out that no package had been sent! And eventually the original jeans were no longer even available (why didn't they put the right jeans aside because earlier they were available). I do anything to got this christmas present for my son and to correct their mistake, and they dont. Now i cant reach christmas present anywhere else too (money are still in). Their answering take also too much time. Unprofessional working!

Terrible service, been 3 months not received my items, they don’t care or are any help, lost nearly £600 with this order. Complete joke I will be making a legal case against this company

Did not get my tracking number and got a mail today from them asking me to review the jeans i bought. I have not received anything and have sent them 3 mails but no answer.

Pantaloni clamorosi, buona qualità, size chart azzeccato e un supporto clienti ottimo, disponibili e veloci a rispondere. Per chi dovesse ordinare con poste italiane sappia che il pacco arriva in filiale in 3-5 giorni, poi da li reputation non ha più il controllo sul pacco, e ritardi spesso causati sono colpa di poste italiane.
