If you’re serious about growing on more than one platform, Repurpose makes it actually possible. I don't know what I would do without it!

Repurpose helped me grow so fast. I was able to save so much time only having to post on one platform and then it automatically posts to the others. My content output significantly increased with all of the time savings. Love the product!

I absolutely LOVE Repurpose. It can be so overwhelming to post on all platforms but I only post once onto Instagram and Repurpose does the rest for me and I've been able to be consistent and grow on my platforms. The customer service is also incredible.

Ron provided exceptional support throughout my issue with Meta and Repurpose workflows. He kept me updated, pushed the dev team for a solution, and followed through until the problem was fully resolved. Very professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful.

This was one of the worst software purchases I have made for my business. I paid for a full year of Repurpose.io expecting a professional, reliable video publishing system. What I got was a platform that constantly failed and hurt my content instead of helping it.

I had repeated scheduled posts that never went live. When videos did publish, they were downgraded from 1080p to 720p, making them look worse and less professional. Instagram also threw errors when the same video was posted to multiple accounts, which is exactly what this service is supposed to handle.

Because of these failures, my views and engagement dropped significantly. My content either did not go out on time or went out in lower quality, which directly impacted my reach and growth.

When I contacted support, they admitted they cannot control video quality or whether posts are successfully published. That means they cannot guarantee the core thing they are selling. I asked for a refund because the service did not work for my business, and it was refused based on their no refund policy, even though the software was clearly not delivering what was promised. I also had trouble even finding how to cancel and only managed to do so after support sent me a direct link.

If you are serious about your business and your content, AVOID THIS PLATFORM! It cost me time, money, and momentum instead of helping me grow.

I bought the 3 gal small bin bags for lining my food waste bin. The first one tore at the seam right out of the box. The next one I used started dissolving in the bin before I could put it out with yard debris! I put paper towels in the bag to help absorb liquid from the vegetable waste (works with other brands). I will try double bagging the bin next, but what a waste and mess!!!

My snapchat was permanently locked. They couldn't do anything about it and claimed they were approved for snapchat. But snapchat literally locked me because of third party app posting and repurpose was the only app I was using. Now I cannot risk having my other accounts affected. Hundreds of dollars wasted for nothing.

Terrible customer services.

Recently, I started using Repurpose.io to save time posting on my social media channels. It's honestly been a game changer and it's saving me so much time.
I love the live chat feature (which is offered 4 days a week) and Logan explains things so I understand it.
If you have questions about anything with this program, contact Logan via chat. He takes his time and walks you through every step so you understand this program. (I'm giving him 5 stars as well).
I was hesitant to sign up, but after using it, there's no way I would go back to doing all this manually.

I had an appointment today with Logan and my life has officially changed. I asked for a meeting to confirm a few things about Repurpose IO and ended up with a wealth of information. I left the meeting with encouragement and more education about affiliate marketing. Im so thankful for this app, the affiliate opportunity, and the support I received today.

The tool is suboptimal and the performances are not up to the standards of someone who wants to be serious about content strategy. Careful, they will try to get as much money from you as possible by makign the subscription cancellation process extremely cumbersome and despite you asking for cancellation, they will continue to charge your credit card.

Good product, terrible customer support.
This service suits my needs, I need to upload to one social and have it go to other socials increasing my efficiency. My videos were uploading twice or three times in fact, sometimes they wouldn't upload at all, I explained to the team here that there was an issue, after 4 days they came back to tell me that it was my fault for logging in with Google and my email, this is something that their site advises. This then went back and forth with me chasing them or being ignored. Finally I gave up, as I mentioned this service suits me so I decided to try again for a second time. I asked to extend my trial as the first one had been unsuccessful I was told no but I can have a discount for an annual subscription. I don't know that your product works as I have already explained, why would I give you money for a faulty service?
The initial emails were I was chasing up were always very rude and disinterested they always felt like I was to blame for their problems.

Weird, bad customer service... Charging the credit card, even after cancelling. Emails keep on bouncing. Passwords cannot be reset.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. Predatory business model involves making it very difficult for you to unsubscribe I wouldn't give these guys a penny or any of your information. They'll keep charging you and then their terrible customer service will, by point of design, make it very difficult to sort anything out.

I hope your business fails.

Bad experience + stolen funds!
All around problems from the start. After closing my account they still thought it was acceptable to take funds from my account. I have yet to get them back.
Issues with connectivity and them never being resolved. Months of this. Lack of support when I reached out.
And still they’re taking money from my bank when I closed and deleted my account. This is theft! 0/10 do not recommend!

This company has AWFUL customer service. As far as I can tell, there was no way to cancel unless you email them. So, I did. I asked TWO WEEKS before my subscription would renew to cancel it because it wasn't a good fit. They responded. Then, they didn't cancel it. So to my surprise, I get charged $35. I email them to correct it so I don't have to do a chargeback (assuming they'll be apologetic at the mistake). THEY SAID "AS PER OUR REFUND POLICY, WE DONT OFFER REFUNDS BUT WE'LL MAKE AN EXCEPTION THIS TIME." WHAT!? An exception? For something I requested to be canceled weeks ago? I shouldn't have been charged. OOF. Whomever is in charge of customer service needs a refresher on how to be in rapport with customers. After this interaction, I'd never sign up again and I'd never recommend this company to content creators. This is wild customer service.
