Always arrive in great condition and nice full tubs of bugs unlike pets at home that are usually full of dead bugs.
Fast delivery and reasonably priced.

Sent me wrong size dubias twice!
I tried to order dubia roaches - the first time they sent the wrong size, way bigger than I needed. They replied and after sending photos they accepted the error and said they’d send me the correct size. More arrived, most were way too large. Poor description, they were very mixed sizes most of which too big for my adolescent gecko.

I’m not impressed
I’m not impressed. Delivery was late. I ordered small rats and got xxl which my Python cannot eat so £50 wasted. I do not have space in my freezer for them.

Not a bad company
okay, so i order every month 200+ roaches and every time they turn up fast, but always a good 14/20 dead on arrival. yes i have photo proof and no i dont care much about it as they say they throw extra in. my only issue about buying from here is the fact it says small,med,large roach all different prices, i buy mediums i get mostly small, i breed roaches also but in small quant for my mantis and bulk buy for my 2 beardies, i know the different between small,med,large,adults so rather then charging like £5 more for medium and still get small, i think you guys should list a random 100bulk sized bag £22, i would buy it still and more transparent for customers.
