Awesome free option for people on social media for DM automation! Love it!

ReplyRush is good value for money. I had no issues cancelling it when my project had to be put on hold.
Interface & instructions could be improved - some of the setup process was more confusing than it needed to be but I expect these will be improved in the future. Overall I had a good experience and it will be my first option if I need that functionality again.

Und ich bin durch Recherche auf ReplyRush gestoßen und bin super zufrieden damit. Es hat einen wirklich großen Funktionsumfang und es wird immer weiter daran gearbeitet. Auch auf eigene Verbesserungsvorschläge wird eingegangen und diese werden umgesetzt. Also im Ergebnis bin ich richtig zufrieden. Das war genau das, was ich gesucht hatte!

Simple, affordable and trustworthy.

Honestly, when I started posting on Instagram, I was replying to comments manually because I wasn't really getting too many comments. But a couple of months back, one of my videos went viral, and that is when there were a lot of comments coming. I was not able to keep up replying to every single one of them; they were somehow getting lost. I was missing them. That's when I thought that I could get some automation. My husband and I looked through and came across Reply Rush. We decided to give it a go.

Now, since a lot of my videos go viral, there are a lot of comments on average on each and every post, and the auto DM by ReplyRush just makes it very easy. Somehow, since there are automated responses and DMs generated, my followers feel nurtured; they don't feel like they are being ignored or ghosted. So, absolutely love the experience.
However, I think one thing that can be modified is the upcoming posts. Even if sometimes I link the automated guide using the upcoming post, it doesn't get triggered. Maybe that is something that can be explored so that it becomes absolutely super amazing.

A simple no nonsense product. I have used many expensive tools in the past. But ReplyEush is a simple to use product - setting up automations are simple and the work well.

I was looking for a tool like this for a long time for my small business, and finally found ReplyRush for Instagram DMs. Very easy to set up and understand.

Before this, replying to everyone manually was difficult and I missed many messages. After setting up auto DM replies, things became much smoother and faster.

Simple thing, but honestly useful if you get lots of comments or DMs on Instagram.
