Lightsaber collected from their shop. Not had time to fully test the lightsaber as it is for my Son's birthday.

Looks very cool though and well made.

Package arrived safely before Christmas. Lightsaber is basically identical to the movies which is the most important thing for me as i ordered an empty hilt for display only.

Purchased sabers from other companies but Replica Sabers seem to be the most well priced without lowering the quality ( if anything they are higher ).

They are a trustworthy lightsaber company in my experience.

Order arrived this morning. Contacted Replica Sabers customer service to see if they could expedite an order for my son's birthday. Not only did they ship well within the time promised, they even included a custom birthday card and free accessories.

I don't know anything about Star Wars, but my son says his Luke Lightsaber is "amazingly cool", so he must be happy with it.

I do love the fact you can mute it within the button selection.... And turn the volume down haha.

Never received my saber. Total Scam. Don‘t purchase!

A positive experience for me. Orders a Luke lightsaber for my birthday a few weeks ago. Arrived on time and well packaged. Comes with some amazing details.

Sophie at customer services was excellent and helped me choose the right features i needed.

I never got what I paid for. I didn't get anything at all. This is a scam.

Never arrived never refunded had to get my credit card company to claim back.

I’ve not received my order. Have tried contacting but no response. Just keep getting emails to review! Terrible customer service.

Bought a sabre for my son. Received no tracking information. Tried to contact them and have had zero contact back other than this automated request for a review. I have requested a refund via the bank.

Company is a scam. Look at the followers on Facebook matching the name to the profile pics. Many names using the same profile pic! Also the positive reviews on Facebook are false, see the profile of people who have added to 2 positive reviews.

The company will pretend that there are delays but have no intention in supplying the goods.

I have initiated a chargeback through the bank and reported the fraud ActionFraud

Ordered my saber, never got it. Got told it would be delayed multiple times. Tried to chase them after this with no response. Ending up having to do a charge back. They then got in touch and said the store was closed for a period. This was not advertised on the website. Don’t waste your money , all the content on the site is AI. Use a more reputable brand like padawan outpost. Alternatively, aliexpress has the exact lightsabers for half the price and 2 week shipping. I’ve had 2 others reach out to me with the same issue. No communication from this website , severely disappointed. Reviews on the Facebook page are by fake accounts. Save yourself the trouble and AVOID!!!

Was a bit worried when I read a few comments saying they weren't recieving their product and had a hard time getting in contact with replica sabers but everything worked out just fine. Got my saber and the quality is fantastic, also the case the saber came in is great. The plug however seem to be too big for my type of emitter so the white part sticks out. Other than that I'm extremely pleased!

It's a childhood dream come true and I am currently geeking out!

First it was supposed to take 5-9 days to make the lightsaber. After 9 days I contacted them by email. After a few days I got a reply that it will now take 2-4 weeks. Now it has been 4 weeks that I have not received a lightsaber. So I contacted them again, no reply. Now it has been 5 weeks since the order. Now I have emailed them every day and asked for my money back. My bank wants me to file a police report. That will be the next step.

I would not recommend buying anything from here, my son asked every day when the lightsaber would arrive, it will be hard to tell him that he has been scammed out of 140 pounds. Shame on you who scam people like this.

Excellent, well packaged and delivered product.

I've been waiting for a hand built lightsaber for a few years now and saw these guys at a comic con event last year. Sadly my discount code had expired after 1 year but the graciously gave me a new one.

Received my order at the end of April, well before the max time stated and i have to say the craftsmanship is outstanding. My Kenobi lightsaber looks exactly like the one used in the TV show.

Features are well beyond what i thought would come with the lightsaber so that's a huge plus

I ordered from Replica Sabers expecting a legitimate lightsaber business, but the experience has raised serious concerns.

The company uses AI-generated images for their "team", which they admitted were “placeholders” but have yet to remove even after concerns were raised. Staff images are not hard to take, a phone would suffice. This only leads me to believe that the staff represented might not even exist.

Their site advertises (as of the 28th of May) ongoing discounts that were supposed to end on the 20th of May, creating false urgency.

I was offered order/build updates and accepted them—none were ever sent.

I was only told my order was "complete" and quality checks would've been completed soon after I filed a dispute with my bank. The dispute resulted in them cancelling my order instantly, something I'm frankly quite happy with because the thought of dealing with the company if I had any issues afterwards was not something on my mind.

The site also displays questionable certificates and vague claims about experience (e.g., "10 years in the field") with no way to verify them. They also dont even input the years of experience into the info section of this trustpilot page, just a blank placeholder where an AI has clearly generated their description.

I’ve since learned that other customers report nearly identical issues: lack of communication, delays, and disputes required to get results.

If you’re considering buying from them, do thorough research and proceed with caution, unlike I did.
This doesn’t appear to be an honest business based on my experience and others I’ve spoken to.

Updating for clarity/a response to the company:

I received no clear update until after I filed a chargeback with my bank. I messaged them before looking into it further and 4 hours later received no response from my kind message, one in which I believed the company was still genuine. My email about dispute, however, was responded to instantly.

The company promised communication and build updates — I got none until I escalated.

The “May the 4th” build time disclaimer does not excuse a total lack of updates or misleading presentation of their business, and was not noted on their website as they claim.

Also, if you actually were trying to increase your social media activity, as you claimed in your response to my dispute, you would've noticed me and others in your Facebook comments discussing our experiences, all very similar. That post was from over a month ago.

This review reflects the experience before they responded, which only happened after financial pressure was applied.
Other users should draw their own conclusions. I stand by everything in my original post and do not appreciate this company claiming they believed my dispute to be fraudulent. I also do not appreciate them deflecting this onto me. This review is my real experience. I have images to back it up if the company decides they want to try and remove this review.

Final update to this review:
The company did respond to my concerns by email, as they stated in their reply. While some issues were addressed, the response lacked real accountability. They admitted to using AI-generated staff images and vague marketing claims, but brushed them off as minor oversights at this time.

I filed a dispute only after receiving no updates or replies. Shortly after, my order was cancelled, with the company stating they could no longer fulfill it due to the dispute. In their public response, they later suggested it was due to “potential fraud.” This wasn’t fraud — it was frustration after a lack of communication. That timeline is documented here.

They’ve also implied that this review is misinformation. I have screenshots of now-deleted Facebook comments from customers reporting the same issues: delays, silence, and responses only after escalation. The post was removed soon after my initial review update. Their follower list also appears questionable, with duplicate profile images and suspicious accounts.

Their offer of a 20% discount feels hollow. I was promised communication and updates and received neither. The “Meet the Team” page was only removed after this review went live.

This review is based on my real experience. I’ve submitted supporting evidence to Trustpilot and will provide more if needed. If the company alters or removes their response, this update will remain to document what happened.

I will let buyers make their own decisions if they happen to see this.
