I booked an appointment here after reading other reviews and I was really happy I did. I had an ache in my left shoulder and after one session with the physio it felt a lot lighter. Very professional and clean space. I have already booked another session. Thank you!

Tobi and his team @ Renuvenate really know what they are doing, I have had the slimming and toning package and can really see the difference in my body shape over the last 3 months, I am massively impressed by their products that i wanted to try more of them, I had the best cryo facial with Jade Boyce Watson who is not just a sweetheart but fully qualified, extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have also booked to have a full body cupping session for myself and one for my husband which we can’t wait for!!!!

This is my second course of cryotherapy! So I think I’ve had 6 sessions all together now. And it really makes you feel great. Great service and there’s nothing like it this side of the river. Really appreciate the flexibility of how quick it is too. I can fit it in my lunch breaks or after work. Would highly recommend for a mood lifter and muscle recovery.

I had the best stretch and massage from Eddie, he was amazing!!!
I had a really stiff neck, I couldn’t move it at all. Eddie gave my shoulders a really got stretch but was still very gentle then done the massage. The next day there was a huge difference to
My neck so I’m very happy.

First time visiting Renuvenate - I had ongoing issues with pain and tension in my back and shoulders. After a (dry) cupping session, I felt amazing and definitely intend to add it to a regular self-care treatment. Huge thanks to Jade, who was very friendly and professional & explained the process & checked I was comfortable throughout. Nice place with excellent facilities, will definitely be back!

Renuvenate was a lovely experience. Knowing that it was my first time doing cupping, Tobi explained the procedure to me and all that was to be expected - making me feel comfortable. For the actual treatment, I had Jade who was lovely and caring and kept checking in on me. I felt well looked after.

What’s fantastic experience! To date it was the best cupping treatment I’ve ever had -effective technique used including pre massage. My body feels great this morning and much less in pain. The staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable! Great aftercare service too. Over all worth the distance travelled and highly recommended! Will be going again for sure.
