Easy service to use and good communication

Reserving judgement! I suggested my daughter rent a dress, she found swished and ordered a dress, the money was taken and no dress arrived, plus no communication from the owner until my daughter contacted them to ask where the dress was. They then said they would send it to arrive the next day, but no dress, plus no more messages from the owner. All the refund advice is aimed at having an item you are not happy with, and not how to deal with no rental coming. Asking the owner to cancel the order meant they then arranged a refund. This is ok but has come after a lot of time and without ever having a dress. Such a great idea but if the owners can't respond to orders they should consider not being part of the scheme.

A great service from the seller who arrange the delivery very quickly. The dress was in excellent condition and the description of the dress was spot on. The dress was stunning and fitted perfectly.

Easy to use and effective

Amazing outfit, I felt a million dollars. Excellent communication from Nanda. It was perfect.

I have rented and lended on Swished and always have such a great experience. Customer service is amazing and the girls I deal with are always so nice. Love trying dresses I wouldn’t usually be able to buy. Completely hooked

Omg, my last outfit was amazing. I've never felt so special, I've rented so many times from Swished and love using the app. Lenders are always so great and helpful and love the customer service, these girls are briliant. My fave rental app.

My first time trying Swished and I love it. Very easy process and the lender replied quickly . I love the dress too!

It was first experience renting an outfit and it was absolutely amazing .
Communication was brilliant , shipment was made quickly, everything dealt promptly and professionally.
Thank you Nicola!!

So happy to have chanced across this gorgeous dress in the right size at Swished! Nicola packaged it beautifully to arrive in very good time and it was an incredibly fun dress to wear to a black tie Xmas! Communication was amazing and very understanding of some festive postal hiccups too which was much appreciated! Looking forward to renting from Swished again 🥳

Quick response from lister when requesting item, and updates regarding tracking etc
Issue with delivery but that was the carriers fault not the lister and was very apologetic
Great idea for outfits for events

This was my first time using Swished, so it took me a while to understand that making a request didn't necessarily translate to a confirmed booking. However, I was able to get a dress I love in time for my office Christmas, and I would definitely use this service again.

Super easy, and loved the item

I never had so many compliments on an outfit. Honestly was over the moon with it and will definitely be ordering again.

Seamless, quick and brilliant! This is the way of the future — being able to rent for a few days when you need something special or want to try something different.

Iv had two dresses now and found the process very straight forward and loved my dresses.

Loved the outfit, great price, timely availability and delivery. Everyone said I looked amazing and thought I should buy it myself - absolutely PERFECT for making me feel fantastic on my 30th birthday.

Great concept and works really well. Garment was in excellent condition. Questions answered with speed and a easy quick service to access. I will definately be ordered more from this company

App was easy to use, renter was lovely and the dress fitted perfectly, I had lots of compliments!

My rental experience was easy, simple and problem-free. I required some assistance changing my booking and the team were happy to help via email and responded within a timely manner. I would definitely rent with Swished again!
