$136 charged to my card and not ONE LEAD, my listing is still "inactive" after 20 days! Do not waste your money on Rent.com or Rentals.com

Horrible!. They charge you $99 and nothing. Not a single lead. This is a scam company. They do not answer their phones. It's just a business to bait naive landlords. Learnt my lesson. They should refund my money... Try Zillow Rental Manager much better.

They advertise a place for $890 for a two bedroom, I called , and the Manager stated , its just strarts as marketing advertising, when the rental is $1205.00 for a two Bedroom ..this is not acceptable for advertising a false rental..." Poor way of doing rental business " ...

Please Please Please avoid this company they are a shower of scam artist's if you want to give your money away to get robbed then fine use them otherwise avoid like the plague.

I called these people to rent a car from Enterprise and also to see if they are legit when ask if they was legit the guy hung up on me. I called Enterprise to let them know what happened and was told they do not use numbers with 888 only numbers that start with 800 and 866. This site is a scam!!!! Also I'm sure glad I read the reviews for this site also because it just confirmed it's a scam. My husband was about to give credit information on top of that Enterprise does not have any rentals available at all. Enterprise also said they wouldn't advise customers to use this site.

THIS COMPANY STEALS MONEY FROM YOU! DONT USE THEM!! IVE TRIED CALLING THEM ABOUT 40 TIMES AND NO ONE ANSWERS. IVE SENT EMAILS AND NO ONE REPLIES. THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY, YOU ARE BETTER OFF LISTING WITH ZILLOW THEN WITH THEM.

I was a victim of theft from this site. There was a property listed thru private owner. I left message and was contacted that property was rented but another was available. He text from same number listed on rentals.com. I was sent a link to access home which I had to provide personal information for code to be sent. I was able to to tour and take pictures. There was a lease sent and money request thru Zelle which I assumed to be safetheu the bank. In the end this person was not the owner the property was actual listed thru legit company for double what I was told to pay for rent. This site doesn't follow up and will not protect you against any type of theft.

That’s the worst company I’ve ever used. They took $270 and refuse to refund even though I didn’t use the car. No one answered my phone for 5 days!!!! When one day I tried to call one more time and someone finally picked up , it was too late for the refund!!! Don’t ever use them!

Awful company, don't use.

Will take your money, not provide the product.

And offer no help.

Took £270 from me, denied me the vehicle and denied me the refund.

I paid the fee of 3 days, when i turned up to Italy , they wanted a credit card and i couldnt take the car because i was carying only cash. I demanded online the money back for what i have paid online the day before the flight but they said no ! They love the money too much. Once they see the money they cannot give back the miracle

I posted my home for rent and the response was much less than expected. There were 5 "inquiries" in 4 days and two of them were my wife sending an email in to see if the system worked. I realize 5 inquiries in 4 days may seem like a lot but the other site that i signed up for that was "FREE" yielded 12 leads.
I ended up renting the home out in 3 days on the Free site. Just an FYI

I have rented the car for 9 days. After receiving not the car that was advertised and flat refusal to change it I have cancelled the rent after one day and asked for money back for the rest. they have refused it and kept the rest of the money

I hate this company. The people are so unethical and stupid.

Booked car with a total price of $65
From 6am till 6pm (24h) for Saturday (booked on Friday 4:07pm)
Rental company agreed to cancel booking as they weren’t open till 9 and it would generate additional $50 for early pickup and $50 for drop off after hours , in addition there was mandatory insurance to pay. I was also given option by rental company to pickup on Friday and drop off on Sunday for additional $32 which was nice . I decided to cancel it.
When I called rental.com they canceled it but kept all the money because of their terms and conditions (minimum 24 hours. Cancelation fee)
It doesn’t matter that they display rental price .... it’s not as advertised and I won’t use them again. Small price to let the world know how bad and ignorant customer service was. But now we know where we won’t go next time .

I signed up looking for a way to pay my rent online that would print and mail a check to my landlord because my they refuse to accept payments online.

After one payment Rentals.com says:
Our rent check writing and mailing service within RentPay is now disabled.

They require you to get your landlord to sign up for their service before they'll continue. I rank websites for a living — as such, I'm now going to publish and rank as many posts as I possibly can about this company on Medium, Forbes, and Entrepreneur.

Do not trust this company to find a rental! They do NOT remove listings. 5 out of the 6 rentals I researched on the sight were already rented. Waste of time!!

Extremely unethical company. Made a mistake signing up and tried to call immediately to cancel. Tried for 2 days straight and could not get thru. Left a message for them to call and they never called back. Sent an email and 2 days later they finally answered and wouldn't do it because they said I got some leads (which I never used). In essensce, I had to pay for their , I can't even say poor service, their non existant service the the incompetency of their stall. Stay with Zillow, Trulia and Hot Pad. They are obviously the way to go. Stay away from these thieves.

I wish I read these reviews before placing my ad. I had a listing on this site for 40 days and only received one lead!! I spoke to Mike Buniva and he said they do not offer any kind of refunds. Just like everyone else said, "Don't waste your money"!!

I paid for $85 to rental.com.. Didn't get a single lead. While other free posting such as Zillow, Trulia and Craiglist generate many leads. Waste of the time and money. Stay away from rentals.com.
Completely useless site, yet they still charge you money. Bad business practice.

This site does not create any tractions, in a month + 10 days extension by the company I didn't get a single email on my property for rent, not even one. Don't waste your money, you would get more inquiries from other platfroms, even free one. Very disappointed.
