I signed up last night and called in today with questions about expedited service. Right away, Chloe ensured me that it was possible while also helping me with the process. As of today , she helped me get signed up in less than 2-3hrs, if it was even that long. Thank you Chloe!

Annamarie was very helpful and answered all of my questions accurately. After making the decision to become a service member she walked me through the process of verifying all of my information and made things very simple for my wife and I. The whole verification process took me about 5 minutes and Annamarie called back shortly after to let me know everything was completed and my credit score would be affected immediately.

Sheila was awesome..She was very thorough she took my credit score over a 100 points in 45 days I’m just a couple points away from 800 . She very professional in everything she did and was very knowledgeable about credit.

So Today I actually made the decision to go ahead and jump on board with Rental Kharma from one of my business partners and it was a very powerful move the customer service was absolutely amazing , There was not one question I had to ask that my representative Chloe did not assist me with I mean she is wonderful everything I needed she Step by Step Walked me through and actually explained everything it’s customer service like that , that should be acknowledged looking forward to continue working with her and the Rental Kharma team. Rent is a big monthly expense that should get some credit for , I Love to help others so I definitely will be sending a lot of customers to you all again an again thank you so much Chloe and the Rental Kharma team

I was stressing because I didn’t have any rental history to move in a new place. So I started watching tictok videos and so many great things were said about RK. I called 2x just to ask general questions. On the 3rd call I spoke with Rachel who was very nice and helpful. She eased my worries. She made this process very easy!! Rachel was the most polite and nicest employee I have ever had the pleasure of talking to from any business especially over the phone. She made it very simple and took what information was needed while being quick and thorough all at the same time. Even my landlord who has never said these words in the 12 years I’ve known him said “she was very nice” while talking about Rachel!

So I signed up online and it said I would get progress updates. Nothing happened for a week. I called up and got Jeremy. (Less than a minute hold at noon) He told me they were backed up and that he'd get it done right away. I gave him the apartment website credentials, he saw the move in date and reported it to the credit agency immediately. Absolutely outstanding service. Good sense of humor too.
