I ordered a hat for my husband and I, was exactly as pictured when arrived. I do think the packaging could be a little better, but overall that wasn't a big deal and happy with my purchase.

I ordered a hoodie based on the advert, which stated it was cashmere/wool—paid $65 Australian dollars. What I received was a flimsy, poorly packaged 100% Polyester item that doesn't match what they advertised. When I wrote to them about the deception, they offered either a 100% refund, BUT I had to send the item to an address in New York, OR a 50% discount to keep the item. For me to send a parcel from Australia to New York will cost a lot of money, like $30 Aus dollars, which would come to the 50% discount. I have no choice but to accept an unwanted polyester crap at 50% of the price.

Dont buy from them...it s so cheap and it s not what i order...i hate that kind of company. DONT BUY

I ordered a winter jacket . Merchandise arrived around 4 weeks after order placed. No address on package. Jacket was in a plastic bag. Size was wrong. After talking with company rep I was told to keep the package and they would send a new one for half price. I can’t believe I feel for the scam. I used my credit card and paid them the reduced price. Package arrived about 4 weeks later. Jacket had no label as to what size it was. Also the zipper on the front DID NOT work. They tried to scam me again with the same trick. No more. Beware of this company. They even gave me a return address on WALL street. I had the tracking number from returning the package telling me the jacket was delivered. I have lost around $140.00 to this scamming company.

Never received my order. This company must be a scam outfit. Today is March 10th. I ordered on February 10.

Terrible customer service.

Order a hat over a month ago. Never received it. Delivery company (UniUni, whoever that is) claims attempted deliver and it was return to warehouse. They claim to do a second delivery but did not. Renova Fashion told me they would send a second reorder, which they have not. Will dispute charges with Credit Card company

This is to everyone who's trying to order from Renova fashion .please don't waste your money nor your time this place a fraud. They never sent my package to me and never returned or refunded my money be aware of this website

It took a month to get it. I ordered the celery colored shoes and received them in a bag misshapen. The bow is mint green and the shoe itself is olive colored! Hideous combo!

Waiting for items for more that 25 days . No customer assisting or answer email ... terrible company . never again

Total scam...Product comes from China...Paid supplement for express delivery still took 12 days...
Bought 2 polos advertised as Cashmere...When it arrived both didn't fit as they sent the wrong size...Product has no labels attached or info about the product or washing instructions.I wrote to them and asked for a "call tag" as I didn't want the product. They answered and proposed that I kept the goods at 50% off.If I did not want that, They said that I had to pay the shipping back...I refused and asked why I needed to pay the shipping when they sold me a product that was not what I thought I was getting and they sent the wrong sizes...They asked and I provided pictures with the size tag stuck on the plastic wrapping..Never heard anything after my request for an answer...Advising my CC company to get a refund...

Bad service…i no longer trust them

I ordered two utility jackets one army green and the second one camouflage, I received two camouflage jackets unacceptable

Ordered size US10 sneaker and after a lengthy wait they arrived. There US10 was undersized. I always use US10 which should be slightly larger than UK10. These sneakers were like a US9.
They refused an exchange and offered a 50% discount if I bought another pair. NOT HAPPY .
DODGY SERVICE, SLOW DELIVERY AND BAD SUPPORT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I placed an order on November 28th, 2025. When I had not received the order after 3 weeks, I emailed the company to find out when it would ship as it was a Christmas gift. They responded it would ship when the product was available. I requested a refund and received no response or refund. I have since emailed them multiple times and still have yet to receive a response or my money back

Was on holiday in the US for a month. I really needed some shirts and found Renova on FB. Got a couple a couple weeks later and they’re great. Now home with me in Aus lol. Cheers

Ordered what looks like nice sweaters in XS .
received 21 days later wrong size S , far too big .
now the fun or nightmare to return it , the seller trying to make a deal not for you to return the merchandise . refusing to pay the return cost .
second , the fabric all synthetic .

I ordered 2 sweaters and the quality was just as stated and surprisingly fit well as I was worried I should have ordered up a size. So I'd say if you're worried, in my experience it was true to size and I'm pleased. Will definitely be ordering a few Christmas gifts for my daughters from here.

I only came to leave a review, because I looked them up on here AFTER ordering so I was concerned. I wanted to ease the mind of anyone else who maybe has ordered. I ordered 2 sweaters and they both arrived as advertised. There's always good and bad in every company, my experience was good so I hope this helps.

Please do not get scammed like I was. I ordered two pairs of shoes. The quality is so poor. They did not even come in a box. I want to return them. They do not pay for returns or send you a return address label. They gave me a return address I had to spend over $11 to send it back and the return was sent back to me saying it was unable to send it to the address. It was a fraudulent address. I am now fighting with the company to get my money back. I am out over $85. I cannot even find a phone number to call these people. I did file a complaint with the federal bureau.
