Rendesco Omdömen

Excellent service from Rendesco, I emailed them this morning and they were onsite within 2 hours. The ladies in the office are quick to respond and the engineer Danny Gennard is brilliant at what he does, he's very patient and happy to explain the grounds source heat pumps to me.

If I could give Richard from Rendesco, Operations and Maintenance 10 stars I would.
He came out to my elderly Mum as an emergency because her heating had packed up.
He was professional, friendly and very kind.
He kept in touch with me throughout and was so positive.
Definitely going above and beyond what is expected.
All this after being stuck in a horrendous traffic situation.
He was certainly our knight in shining armour.
What an asset he is to Rendesco.

I was fed up of watching my energy bills climb and wanted to explore solutions for a modern heating solution, but without the prospect of complex installations and weeks of disruption.

I found Rendesco Flow, and it changed everything.
The process was super quick and easy. From the initial survey to having a fully functioning, smart system, it was handled by Rendesco with minimal fuss.

They advertise installation in a single day, and they actually delivered. The whole experience was streamlined and professional.
The savings are impressive as the smart Flow controller works behind the scenes, automatically running the heat pump and charging the battery during off-peak, cheaper times.

My heating is now consistently warm and comfortable, and my bills have decreased.
If you're looking for a genuine solution to lower your energy costs without sacrificing comfort or enduring a stressful installation then definitely consider Rendesco.

We've been looking for a greener solution for a while, but were always nervous about choosing the right one. Delighted to say that we are thrilled with our new system because it's cut our bills significantly. And, it was a surprisingly quick set-up. Very happy with Rendesco.

I’ve been really impressed by Rendesco’s commitment to sustainability and innovation. Their focus on developing clean energy solutions and supporting customers through the transition to low-carbon heating is outstanding. The team clearly takes pride in their work, and their expertise shines through in everything they do. I would highly recommend speaking to Rendesco if you’re considering moving away from traditional heat sources and looking for a renewable alternative - they helped me understand the heat pump landscape and the right option for my household.

From start to finish, their team demonstrated unrivalled, specialist expertise in Ground Source Heat Pump Networks. They provided a solution that was not only robust and highly efficient but also perfectly tailored to meet the demanding requirements of the Future Homes Standard and Ali Murray was a key point of contact throughout.
What sets Rendesco apart is their holistic approach. Their flexible design options—whether centralised or decentralised—gave us the confidence we were installing the optimal system for our development. Crucially, their "Last Mile Heat capital" funding mechanism made the entire decarbonisation process cost-effective, turning a regulatory challenge into an economic advantage.
The resulting proposition for our residents is superb: reliable, non-volatile heating charges and an environmentally responsible system. The Rendesco team's professionalism and depth of knowledge made the planning and execution seamless. If you are a developer looking for a future-proof, cost-effective, and efficient low-carbon heat solution, look no further than Rendesco.

Rendesco really helped me out in a space I had limited experience about. Cracking customer service and focused on experience rather than the classic ‘sales’ focus. Nice work👍

Exceptional customer service. Really friendly and very quick to get back to us. Everything from start to finish was very efficient. Would highly recommend.

Been trying to wrap my head around what’s involved with getting a heat pump and these guys have been nothing short of amazing. Tried to get help from others and never got any good answers to my questions, but Rendesco has patiently explained everything for me. 5 out 5.

Gave me a very competitive quote for work to be carried out at home. Customer service has been impeccable throughout.

Rendesco are reactive, communicative, approachable and professional. The heat pump installed in my home saves me around 50% verses the oil boiler I had previously.

Rendesco provide all service and maintenance, meaning one, hassle free point of contact.

This company has a great mission! The people at Rendesco are very experienced and passionate about making heat pumps more affordable and accessible for all kinds of homeowners. I am working with them to retrofit a home I’m buying in January, which is estimated to save 40% on energy bills compared to a gas boiler!
