Watch out booking with this company. They have a very strange customer policy which they of course don't say anything about when you contact them. if you decide not go ahead with them you get a message from them not to bother contacting them again! Very rude!
At short notice Chloe took care of our two cats while we were away for a week. She provided regular updates on both of the cats and food situations. Will definitely be using Chloe’s services again and highly recommend.

Chloe walked our dog on a solo walk for a year, in Jul last year we had just left the house when she messaged to say our dog on her afternoon walk was great. This immediately rang alarm bells as we had left the house 5 min before, her afternoon walk was 30 min. We gave Chloe the benefit of the doubt but as we continued to monitor her timings, she would shorten her afternoon walk on every occasion, we paid for a 30 min afternoon walk, she attended the house for a max of 10 min. She also had a morning solo walk for an hour.
We had trusted Chloe with our most prized possession and then she broke the trust. On occasion, we would cancel walks and never ask for the money but then we would be rammed with her cancellation policy even when we did get her 2 days’ notice to be then met with it’s 3 days’ notice. I understand a cancellation policy, but it can be communicated in a softer and professional way
We always paid a month in advance, she never had to chase us for payment, in the end receiving rude messages about underpaying her by £2-3 pounds and then accusing me of bullying as I called her out on her behaviour.
She promotes dog training as an additional business but unfortunately in the local area, she was walking a dog under her control with a new member of her team, her dog attacked another dog and Chloe stood by and did nothing, the owner of the dog that was being attacked, stepped in to pull them apart. Chloe’s business is dogs and promoting their best life and keeping them safe, at no point did she ask about the injured dog or pay the vet bill.
It's such a shame that Chloe can’t see the value in looking after the customers, customer service, it’s simple- you’re paid to walk the dog to the times you promote, walk the dog and don’t sort change them. In the end, I didn’t find her professional and I would never entrust her with any animal. It’s this lack of professionalism, poor communication, she broke the trust has led me to this review which I’ve sat on for a few months, I can’t sit by as she promotes good training but fails to follow her own methods and having the best interest of the dog at heart.
Well what can I say! We met Chloe and Emily a few days before leaving our lovely lab with my mother in law who is not able to walk such an active 2 year old. Emily then took Bagel out for four days for 2 hours at a time. I got pictures and updates and my mum in law said she was shattered and happy. I then realised we were going to be back a bit later than thought on the Saturday and Chloe arranged for Lillie to walk Bagel at short notice.
We cannot thank Chloe, Emily and Lillie enough for their care of our girl (and checking in on my mum in law) and will have no hesitation in recommending or using Remraf again.
Really quality service. Was apprehensive about leaving Rufus with a stranger but Chloe came round to meet him free of charge beforehand, then during his walks she would send pics and updates about how it had gone. Chloe also sent her insurance docs and made sure she knew about nearby vets. I felt totally reassured. If I needed a dog walker again I would 100% book Remraf again and would recommend them to anyone else!
So pleased you could help me out when my normal dog walker had to go into hospital. It was so comforting to meet you first and see how lovely you were with my dog!
Chloe is very passionate, professional and dedicated in her work. She has walked our senior Greyhound Plum since 2019 and we always get up dates on how he has got on his walks. Would definitely recommend Chloe to anyone who is looking to have their dogs walked
