AVOID at all COST
No customer service and awful service - AVOID LMV REMOVALS and affiliated companies
Firstly; 2 men arrived with no understanding of where the property was and couldn't speak any English.
Secondly; they had no idea on how to move the items despite all were packed and dissembled and ready to go.
Thirdly: My daughter had to help 2 men carry the bags / dissembled furniture to the lift and the van.
If that wasn't bad, couldn't get in contact with LMV. I left voice mail messages and text messages but no response. Only after I texted them with details of Company House records did the Director called me and offer me a discount.
He informed the original crew van had broken down and had to use another firm. This was not true as the driver was in direct contact with the company director.
Crew wouldn't release my furniture until I paid o/s amount despite the Director stating otherwise.
All I can say is that this not a good company to use and the service is absolutely disgraceful and I will report them to Trading Standards / HRMC and Home Office.

An excellent service all round - easy for booking, the service was speedy and efficient - and would certainly book with them again.
