Remotely has been great to work with. They're extremely fast to source candidates. The hire I brought on which was a designer has been great for us and is very talented.

Amazing experience so far we are looking to get a dialled in operations manager and after just a couple interviews we were able to lock in a perfect fit into the role and just one month in we’ve completely upgraded our entire teams OS.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using this outsourcing firm. Despite having a decade of experience working with similar agencies, this company's practices were exceptionally poor.

Key issues included:
* Poor Candidate Vetting: The firm does not adequately vet its applicants. We were promised candidates with specific skills, but the individuals provided either lacked these basic, required skills or failed to show up.
* Deceptive Hiring Practices: We discovered the firm "double-hired" a candidate we had paid for in full. This individual was found to be working multiple jobs simultaneously, including for competing companies within our city.
* Lack of Accountability and Integrity: When these issues were raised, the firm refused to provide a full refund and instead blamed our team for the failed placement. They take zero accountability for their process.
* Misleading Process: The firm was not transparent about its processes and misrepresented the quality of its applicants, which resulted in a significant waste of our time and resources.

While the team members themselves were pleasant, they ultimately failed to deliver. You would be better off hiring directly. Please be wary and look elsewhere.

I have had a great experience with RemotelyX and their team. The talent that we have gotten with their help has been extremely talented, resourceful and driven to work hard. As the one responsible for our remote team which we plan to expand, I would say that it is important to keep in mind that individuals are people too and they will need to be invested in just like any other new hire ; if you are looking for a robot that you can dish out unwanted work to then i would say that this is not the product you are looking for. What RemotleyX has to offer is highly skilled people that care deeply about your company and the role they have within it.
