When signing up it sends you to multiple confirmation pages so that you log in with different accounts and then you have to search for which one is still charging/active after you have cancelled what you thought was the only one. I thought mine was apple, but then it sent me to the desktop app and logged in with my gmail to confirm the account - same email, different platform. A truly predatory app.

Eigentlich 0 Sterne, da es sich um eine Abzockfirma handelt. Trotz Kündigung wurden erneut unerlaubt 9,99€ abgebucht.

Muss mich jetzt erstmal darum kümmern, dass es zurückgebucht wird. Sehr ärgerlich, da ich gerade im Urlaub bin.

Bonjour, ne laissez surtout pas votre numéro de CB, remini va s'en servir pour vous faire payer des souscriptions non désirées!!! 249,99 Dollar us dans mon cas. En plus je n'ai pas de facture, donc impossible de justifier ce prélèvement frauduleux dans ma comptabilité... ARNAQUE!!!!

Essai à 0.99€ puis 9,99€ au bout d'une semaine SAUF si on annule l'abonnement. MAIS IMPOSSIBLE DE L'ANNULER!!!! Ni sur l'appli qui indique qu'il faut annuler via notre comple Google, qui lui n'indique aucun abonnement. Donc cela fait 3 semaines qu'on me prélève 9,99€ alors que je n'utilise pas cette appli! Je ne peux pas annuler et j'ai dû changer ma carte bleue, et bloquer les prélèvements PayPal! A FUIR!!!!!

Very bad picture generations (as in, you can tell they're AI right away), and when i tried generating their video template the whole app was stuck in this weird supposed "processing queue" for hours and wouldn't even let me do anything else.

Deleted my account again, and if they try to steal money from me like in the other reviews on here they'll be hearing from my lawyer for sure.

Never signed up for this service being charged £9.99 for it. Crazy scam. Requesting money back through bank.

No response from two separate emails requesting refund.

SCAM!!!! Stay away

Even if you sign up and cancel immediately they charge you several times after. I’ve tried cancelling, emailing and trying to get refunded (refused) this morning another £9 has been deducted. Now have to go through to my bank to reverse the charges .

Same thing happened to me. I paid 99 cts online for one AI professional photo, got redirected to their app asking to suscribe for 9,99 a week! I contacted their support, all they sent me is a template explaining how to suscribe to their service on the app. I'll never see the picture i purchased. Thanks to the comments on this page, i went to my bank to realize the 99 cts is a suscription I never agreed to! I blocked the suscription with my bank app, hopefully 99 cts is all it cost me... SCAM!!

Es un timo te sacan el primer pago y no puedes ni acceder a tu cuenta, ademas en principio parecia una aplicacion a traves de la web pero al final tienes que descargar una aplicacion que por otra parte es imposible descargar a traves de la web y no hay forma de acceder a la suscripcion de ninguna forma, dinero perdido.

Leider ist es eine Abzock Firma , ich habe schon zweimal das Abo 9,99€/pro Woche gekündigt und trotzdem wird weiterhin Geld abgebucht.

Absolutely HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I require a refund as the product did not work how it was stated it would and I asked for a refund at the beginning of the next pay cycle, so HADNT USED THE PRODUCT FURTHER and I’ve been ENTIRELY IGNORED.

DO. NOT. PURCHASE. FROM. THEM!
You’ll have a sub standard product that promises the world but actually makes photos, especially portraits look fake not natural and you’ll have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Poor quality product, but worse than that the links to stop the subscription don’t work. They charged me £9.99 before I instructed the bank to stop payments.
As others have said, this may be a scam. Avoid!

Achtung - es ist nicht wie bei anderen Apps. Sobald du einen Dienst in Höhe von 5,99€ ausgeführt hast, buchen sie einfach wöchentlich 9,99€ ab.
