They actually lied and said if I cancel my PayPal dispute they would refund my £98.00
I have no items and no refund. All lies.
Do not cancel any dispute with this company also.

I received a broken and scratched item , which has been cheaply made in china. It also arrived in sandwich bags. Upon asking for a refund and cost of shipping to china to be covered, I had an extremely poor response from customer services. They continually responded to my emails in different languages and ignored points and requests I made. Conveniently, there was no one more senior to talk to. Funnily enough the number on their website does not work. They have not kept to their own returns policy. It’s a big scam. Everyone should report to trading standards to ensure this company don’t waste anyone else’s time and money.

⚠️ ❌ SCAMMERS! ROBBERS DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They sent damaged lamps missing parts. The pictures they use are not the items you receive. It’s cheap Chinese rubbish selling off a fancy website. In the process of doing a chargeback because they refuse to give me a full refund. They sent black wires instead of green as pictured on the website. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT PART WITH ANY MONEY THEY ARE COMPLETE ROBBERS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Trading standards have been informed and using a section 75 chargeback so anybody with problems do the same. AVOID

SCAM! avoid this website. They advertise the products incorrectly. When you receive the product you don’t actually have a choice of refund at all because they are not in London they are in CHINA, and cost of postage is not worth it and they know this. Scamming people with cheap tat, that’s RELVIORA! From the reviews everywhere it seems this is common practice for them. Avoid them, you won’t get what you are ordering and they will steal your money. After sales care is atrocious as can be expected from a company that deceives UK customers.

Very very poor service, be very careful using this service, I purchased 2 lights £101.91 supposed to be 30cm diameter and was actually less than half of that and very small and cheap looking and nothing like the description, I have been advised I need to parcel up and send back to China myself at my own cost £64 which is completely unacceptable because the goods were wrongly described and I would never have ordered had I known the actual size , thankfully I have paid by PayPal and have opened a dispute should I not get my refund. This is clearly a scam and relies of customer just accepting mid described goods to avoid all the bother of sending goods BACK to China. The website shows a uk address and uk limited company name but payment via PayPal goes to a different company, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

very easy to purchase but disaster started when items arrived many moons later. One item was electrical and very dangerous if used and the other was a golden throw blanket but received dirty brownish greenish colour and used. Exhausted myself trying to get my money back but was told I have to pay to return items to Asia. Now they don’t reply to my emails and telephone calls are futile because no one answers. CUSTOMERS BEWARE. IF THERE WAS A O STAR I WOULD CHOSE IT.

Ordered on 6th May NOTHING! I wish I'd looked on here first.....they lie about sending it, and then they tell you it's going to be Royal Mail and THEN it disappears from sight!

I placed an order over a month ago, I’ve still not received this and they are not responding to my emails, I’ve tried call multiple times with no luck!

Horrific quality, fresh out of a Chinese factory. Arrived to me broken and “customer service” was awful to deal with. Had to demand and legally threaten in order to get a refund one month later. Not worth the stress!
