Great tasting but lack of options. Customer service don’t return emails, products showing sold out for months so limited products to choose from. It’s a shame because the product is very good.

Great selection of meals
Great selection of meals. Really helping me with my weight loss journey. Would be nice to give returning customs discount codes though. Other than that very pleased with the meals and delivery. Will be using again.

I ordered a mixture of items and ended up receiving 12 all day breakfasts! For some reason the email suggested I ordered it when I clearly did not as I chose specific food items on the website. Like most of these companies the contact number was not answered. Will give the food to a homeless shelter

I am very sorry that you have experienced a level of service that is unacceptable to us both, my sincere apologies for that.
I have read the review posted and I was really concerned that we had not responded in an adequate manner, giving rise to the review and also you not being able to enjoy your meals.
I had a look back into the order and found the below on our Shopify site, however I am more concerned at the fact that you ordered a mixture and our website/process has not completed the transaction correctly, which I will look into further.
I would like to make this right, and even if you chose to pass on again to the shelter I will feel happy that we have at least tried to address the wrongdoing. I would be grateful if you could forward to me the items you'd requested and I will have them shipped to you.
I hope you will accept this offer or if the ship has sailed then I would be happy to refund the value as a gesture of good will. Please let me know and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Also we apologise for the incorrect/defunct phone number still being published on Facebook, this has now been removed.

Quick, convenient and tastes good
The meals are quick, convenient and taste good. An excellent way to get nutritious food during a busy day. Plenty of meals to choose from and happy with all choices so far. Placed an order and it arrived within a day or so. Very impressed.

I think my favourite is the English Breakfast - complete with chicken sausages!
