Great customer service and product very happy

Sauna itself is great. Radio antenna connection not so simple to connect. The rest of the build is good. 2-3 people needed.

Service and quality of product were great. Along with simple assemble and quick heat up to 90 C surprised me ( about 20 mins)

The Rejuvenex Experience was impressive, from pre sales to after sales service. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

We are loving our Serenity 2 person sauna, have been using it for about 3 weeks, 3-4 nights a week. It gets to 65 in about 30 mins. It’s an absolute hot box. Was deliberating over the traditional sauna, but glad we picked the infrared. The tinted 8mm glass looks spa quality, and the Bluetooth speaker is gold. Wood smells lovely. Multiple coloured lighting options are pretty fun. Customer service has been exceptional, from crediting a discount that came out after we purchased, to helping me load it on the trailer.. highly recommend all round!

Can’t thank Rejuvenex enough..!! They were great to deal with for organising transport of our sauna the 700+km to where we live and they packaged it so well it arrived in pristine condition. Their communication is also A+ as they let us know that the sauna we had ordered would be delayed and offered us an upgrade option that could be sent straight away. A huge thanks to everyone at Rejuvenex for being so helpful.

Would be 5 Star but the intructions were really a let down… the whole process would be so much more enjoyable if they had just a little more info, especially around the roof shingle lineup and internal fitout.

After researching for the best part of a year on whether to go traditional or infrared we went to Rejuvenex showroom for a look and advice. Both had pros and cons and in the end we settled for the Harmony infrared sauna and boy we couldn't be happier. The process was seamless from sitting in it at the showroom to purchase to set up. I still ask advice on certain things and they have been nothing but helpful. Rejuvenex; I couldn't recommend you guys enough and have already sent others to the showroom after seeing ours set up. Value for money against other brands in the market is outstanding. 5 stars from us. Thankyou
