Excellent customer service, fast response times and helpful advice.
Have used before and will do so again.

I asked the receptionist twice by telephone to request the agent dealing with my insurance to ring me but twice this was ignored by the agent and I was sent more emails the reason for wanting to speak to the agent is because I am dyslexia so everything could be explained to me
But I didn't get a call so I couldn't explain i was dyslexia

Well I have a competition car and you seemed to understand that and all it entails, there was a much liked dollop of common sense, the lady who dealt with the call showed intelligence and confidence, I wasn't speaking to a bored 20 year old in a call centre and that was a breath of fresh air

Very quick and easy to sort out some race car storage and transport insurance. It was no problem to add a few different storage location addresses and take in to account some other details, where some other companies struggled. Well priced.

Having received horrendous quotes from £3000 to £15,000 (literally !) from other Insurance companies/brokers to insure my highly tuned 1.6 L 240 bhp hatchback despite being a very experienced high performance vehicle driver I surfed the 'net and found Reis thank goodness...

PLEASE IGNORE THIS GOOD REVIEW AS SINCE I WROTE IT REIS HAVE CHANGED THEIR TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE - THEY NOW INSIST ON APPLICANTS HAVING A SECOND CAR FOR NORMAL DAY TO DAY DRIVING BEFORE THEY ALLOW YOU TO INSURE A HIGH PERFORMANCE VEHICLE - NEEDLESS TO SAY I NO LONGER USE THEM - TRY GARY AT KEITH MICHAELS INSURANCE INSTEAD HE IS EXCELLENT

Using their limited mileage scheme I got covered for only £630 based on an annual 3000 miles

That was 3 years ago...Today I am 80 years old and despite mistakenly overrunning my last year's annual mileage of 2000 miles to over 6000 miles (due to unexpected house hunting) I am still only paying an astonishingly reasonable premium of £680...

I think 2000 miles pa was a bit over optimistic but the highly experienced very polite and helpful team at Reis have informed me that as long as I keep my mileage down to 3000 this year my premium should fall to under £500 next year...

Older drivers be aware that when you reach the age of 80 your insurer will probably require you to obtain a doctor's certificate (basically an eye test)...

SUMMARY: What have you got to lose ?...You may have plenty to save !...Contact Reis today ! ...Why am I writing this glowing review ?...I have no connection with the company whatsoever but as a pensioner on a fixed income I need to make sure my motor insurance is cost effective...I am eternally grateful to Reis for helping me and saving me so much...

I was given the nod that Reis was the company to call if I needed to insure my Japanese Imported vehicle. Having received "heavy" quotes from other companies, I decided to give them a try. I spoke to a very pleasant chap called Rahul who took time to answer all of my questions and provided me with excellent advice on how to proceed. Needless to say...Reis is now firmly rooted at the top of my "go to"list where Motor Insurance is involved.
