Susan was great help and she was super fast with answering questions and communicating.
She did a great job on our band logo . And the price is 2nd to none .
I highly recommend her for your logo needs.
We plan on making lots of cool merchandise with this logo .

Albert was great to work with. Very responsive and professional. He was able to educate me along the way. One thing I wish was more clear in the beginning, is all of the potential add-on pieces that are needed along with the cost. This was not Alberts fault, but something the company could improve on with advertising correspondence. Highly recommend working with Albert of you get the chance!

I have been working with reign for a logo, stationary, and business cards for a small nonprofit organization. At first to be honest I was skeptical, however, working with Albert and Mike through the process have proved my skepticism wrong. Albert has gone above and beyond to assist me throughout the process and I could not be more happy with the results!!

My project manager was very attentive with me. She was willing to call me to help to expedite design ideas into a finished product. I did not worry about run over time or if the project was being worked on as she kept in consistent communication with me. Big thanks to the art department as well for great ideas and creativity.

9/30/23,I reached out to them to get a revamping of my logo. I was reassured after paying I would get what I requested. No contact with them until I reached out to them on 10/7/23. Long story short now they are requesting another $70 in addition to what I've already paid. At this writing I still haven't received what I paid for. If they're really a business, the right thing to do better is be trustworthy. The logo I paid to have revamped cost $64 & I received a file I'm unable to use. I'm done.

Mike was great at designing my website and it all came out great!!! I love the website... so far I only get positive comments about my website. He even went put of his qay to make sure my domain and business email are working properly... UPDATE: WORSE THAN BAD: 8/25/23--It was only after our first negative review did Reign Web Experts reply to our concerns. They immediately began to email us to state they apologize for their lack of replies and will do everything they can to remedy the situation. Here it is August 25th and they failed miserably to produce the website we explicitly instructed them to build. Instead of rendering building with the name of our company The Red Horse Bet Club they instead gave us a webpage with only our logo and drop downs across the upper part of our webpage for prospective clients to email us. No animation. No animated figures as we requested. Nothing near what we had to pay up front for. We have since instructed our attorney to file a suit to reclaim our funds and to seek damages against this purported firm calling themselves Web Experts. They are far from experts. They have cost us potential income we were expecting to receive from our webite which Reign Web Experts failed to deliver on time -strike that-not at all. Keep your money. Go elsewhere. Don't be fooled by their replies and I even suspect their positive ratings are from their own employees. BEWARE!!
Horrible!!!! It appears this firm follows a pattern. Obtain the up front fee, do a logo then disappear. We've tried for months to get our website designed after they furnished us with a logo. Nothing. They don't return calls. They don't reply to emails or texts. Our company The Red Horse Bet Club will now file legal action to obtain our up front fee and for mis-representation. Another thing we found a bit suspicious- they have a 302 area code number which is Colorado, yet everyone we spoke to when they actually answer sounds like they have an Indian accent. Is this a front for some firm in India? Whatever their misleading tactics are, we intend to pursue legal action so other companies and people are not scammed.
