I bought a Reid E4 Plus Electric Scooter - it's a fantastic scooter. Top marks for the item and the purchasing/delivery experience.

I had a wheel alignment and puncture issue during lockdown - I'd tried (and failed) to sort myself and the guys were efficient and friendly.

i just got my bike/tract 3 my wheels where buckled badly to the point i cant ride it the forks weren't put together properly. like co mon i put the forks together but there was no point bc the wheels were bent to the point where the disc brakes were rubbing i mean for a $800 bike i expect better like a bike with straight wheels. ive had to wait an extra week for a spoke tool to come in before i could get to work and back

Bike quality and design is poor. Customer service at store wasn’t very good either. The first gear on the bike I got is way too heavy, for example there is no gear low enough for peddling lightly up hill, it is very difficult. Also the gear range is practically useful. You can stay in first and second gear all the time, difficult going up hills and don’t need to other gears when going faster. Maybe the gear sizes need to be revised.

I called in unexpectedly with a minor request. I paid for the new part, and the work was done at no cost. Good attitude all round.

Probably the worst customer service I've had from a retailer. I bought an Osprey road bike in January 2022 and found that the medium size was a little too large (despite the fact that the salesperson originally recommended a large size). Should be a fairly easy fix, so ordered a shorter handlebar stem from the Reid website. It took 5 weeks and 5 separate phone calls to get the part, with every phone call ending with "I'll get someone to call you back" and that NEVER happening. When the part did eventually arrive, it was the wrong size for the bike, despite the fact that I got written confirmation from a Reid customer service person that the part I ordered was correct.
Seriously considering selling the bike and taking a loss so that I never have to deal with this company again. It is a shame, as I really want to support a local retailer, but not this abysmal customer service.

I had some damage done during shipping and spoke to Logan at customer service. He got back to me and got everything sorted so quickly!

My order came with a free lock.l received an email from courier,the order will arrive today.Waited 6hrs to arrive and l got was an incomplete lock only.Lock is designed to be latched but the latch is missing.Delivery man said maybe tomorrow for your bike.Ok.Next day recieved email order is on its way.Waited till 2pm and arrived.Waited 16hrs to receive.Another thing l rang Reid (Stanmore) told it's a new bike explained the gearing on the bike needs attention.Booking l had to wait a month so l went elsewhere.

Great product and delivered promptly. I went to the store for advice and the person who helped me was very knowledgable. They advised me of the right product for my son and, although they did not have it onsite, I was told that I could easily order online. This is what I ended up doing. Assembling the bike was fairly straightforward and instructions easy to follow. Would highly recommend Reid cycles. Far more competitive with price than other options.

Brilliant information on the website made it easier to compare the bikes. Excellent robust bike and packaged really well. Delivery was also very quick in a time where the delivery system was under enormous pressure. Thank you. This is our third Reid bike and each time we look at loads of site and brands and always end up back at Reid because of their excellent quality, brilliant service, detailed information, and exceptional value for money. This was an online purchase and we will be back again as the other two kids outgrow their current Reid cycles.

Super fast delivery, but that's where the excellent customer service ended. We delegated the assembly of the bike to a trusted local bike shop who informed us the bike frame was not aligned and the front wheel was buckled. Upon taking this information to Reid Cycles with video and photographic evidence of the issues, we were informed that as we had taken the bike to a third party for assembly, they would not be replacing the misaligned frame or the buckled wheel, despite the bike having never been ridden. It wasn't until I threatened to take Reid to the Ombudsman for selling faulty goods that a different team member stepped in to apologise and sent a replacement wheel for the buckled one. Thank you to Bec for eventually sorting it out, however the way my complaint was treated prior to this was infuriating and I will never buy a bike from Reid again, nor recommend them to anyone.
