Whole order and delivery process was easy

Best bang per buck
The price was undoubtedly the best on the market. The delivery was strange - I ordered 8 tires and in total it arrived with 3 different couriers in 3 different deliveries.
Tires are great tho!

Currently I rate it 1 stars. Their partner garage who fixes tyres called me to let me know that only 3 tyres, one of the packages only had 1 Tyre in it. The tyres need to be changed already and in 2 week, I have to leave for a month with the car that needs the new tyres. So now instead of a good hassle free service I have to deal with the headache of solving this issue with a company that lacks direct contact and can only be messaged. Amazing!
Update: No the single missing tyre is not in another package. I was sent 2 tracking codes for 4 tyres. Both packages have a paper on it saying 2x continental, but one of the only has 1 tyre... unless you guys sent 3 packages but didn't inform me and also the 3rd package arrives at different time for some reason.
UPDATE2: Now they told me they can't process the claim untill I send them a handwritten document, where they i cluded wague ways to fill out the form they didn't fill out parts with confusing wording about the product so I can make a mistake and they can make the process longer. Ordered the missing tire locally now.
They also said they would only "credit" the claim, essentialy ingoring EU and local law. Never use this serivice ever.

The package with the tires hasn’t…
The package with the tires hasn’t arrived. There’s no contact person I can talk to about this—only some kind of automated response. The shipment isn’t trackable. I’m wasting my time waiting for motorcycle tires. The order was placed on March 27, and I’m writing this review on April 20. The description said it would arrive around the 6th.
23.04 still waiting money back. Nobody connect with me .
12.05 money not coming back . Buy tire 🛞 28.03.

A shipment should normally be trackable, so the absence of tracking information is an anomaly that needs to be checked. Delivery times can also be affected by transport issues, but a delay of this length clearly deserves a proper review.
