I was a loyal Regus customer for 4 years in the United Kingdom (Enfield, London, and Watford, London, Regus Account Number: 14246291), even continuing to pay throughout the pandemic lockdown. After all that time, I expected fair treatment—but instead, I was hit with unjust charges when I moved out.
Despite returning everything exactly as it was when I moved in, Regus still charged me £404.56 in restoration fees. On top of that, they demanded another £674.40 just to remove a small black mark on the wall. And that wasn’t the end of it! They even added two late payment fees for these invoices while I was actively disputing the charges with their customer service team. That’s over £1,000 in hidden charges for no real damage!
To make matters worse, there is no proper customer service team to speak with. The only way to raise a dispute is by submitting a ticket through Regus' internal portal—but once you do, no one responds, and you don’t even receive a confirmation email.
This feels like nothing more than a money-grabbing scheme to squeeze extra cash from customers. If this is how they treat long-term clients, I strongly warn others to stay away.
