Regis, Green Park , administration to CEO all are fraud , thugs , unprofessional, liar, shameless and dishonest people . They will do hooliganism if you join them stay away .

I took an office on the rent and pay the deposit. They promised me that they will give me Internet phone line furnished office and all the services are including in rent there will be no extra or hidden charges. I was supposed to take over the office on 20th of February, they didn’t pick my phone till 25th of February and on 25th of February the office was not functional as they promise with me on time of sale. There was no phone line in the office. Without phone line office was not functional for me. Their Manager said if our sales manager promise for the phone line, we will give it to you when he come back from the holidays. He didn’t contacted me till 10 of march and did not reply my email and phone . When I got contact with him and I send them proof of promise email , then he said to me, this is not in my power to do something for you. You have to talk to someone senior person. I know you are right.

I tell them many times to fulfil their promise, but they said we didn’t make any promise to provide the phone line. I requested to return back my deposit because they didn’t fulfilled the promise they made on the time of sale. they refuse to do so, and tell me to give them more money as a rent because I signed the contract. I replied if I signed the contract, then you signed the contract as well to give me all the facilities which they promise and make the office function for me. Office is un functional for me in this condition so why I pay the rent ? I didn’t take over the office for 1 minute . If you guys are refusing the promise which they make on time of sale ,then I have right to get back my deposit. They asked extra money for phone line . This is hooliganism , they took my money and asking for more money and did not fulfil their promise, which they make on time of sale

You will also have the flexibility during your contract to move to any other office/location and it won't affect your current contract. 24/7 access to your office and everything from business rates to utilities kitchen amenities and Wi-Fi is all included in the rental price. We will also provide all the furniture needed! Fully registered business address mail handlind/ forwarding and telephone calling services.

Telephone answering includes the following:
Choice of regional or national business phone numbers for your company
Have all incoming calls answered professionally and in your company name

Regis, Green Park city manager big fraud and shameless person after seeing this email said we did not make any promise to give your phone line in this email and we charge extra money. Here is the email. Let me know where it is mention that we will charge you extra money for the phone line was sent by sales manager . I request him many times, but he always refuse. Even then I send him proof. They took my money and didn’t gave me office as well and didn’t full fill their promise .
Then I complained to CEO of the company. He said I will sort out all the matter for you. He gave the case to some other officers they sent back the case to the city manger ( who make fraud with me ) again this was a dishonesty with me. I make a complaint against the person and they send back the case to him again, then, after I said I am not happy with that give the case to somebody else they gave it to one of city manager (thug) friend, he said city manager is right. We did not promise for any telephone line in the email. I sent him the email the proof as well . But he proof himself a fraud as well . Email is above attached with this letter in which Manager clearly mentioned to supply a phone line for my own office.

I sent the email again to the CEO of the company as a proof and ask him where it is written that you will charge me extra for the phone line after that he did not reply me.
Sales manager, apologise 3 times from me and said he will fulfil his promise, but then after he became disappear, and did not reply from my emails and phones.
There is a zero accountability system in regus you cannot make a complain Through their the online portal. If by any means you make a complain nobody will listen you even then you are right and you give them a proof .
All senior management , sales team and CEO are thugs dishonest, Fraud , shameless and unprofessional people stay away from these dishonest and unprofessional liar's people .

I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this.
The office you signed for was fully set up and functional from the first day, including furniture and Wi-Fi. The agreement you signed does not include a dedicated phone line in the office—this is clearly outlined in the email you referenced in your complaint, which details a call-answering service, not a physical line installation. At no point did our sales manager promise a dedicated phone line, and this has been explained to you multiple times by different members of the team.
The local team has gone out of their way to assist you and clarify the situation. However, personal attacks, name-calling, and accusations are counterproductive. They remain your main point of contact and are already in touch to reaffirm the information that has consistently been provided.

Just walk in and ask if you are…

Just walk in and ask if you are interested to rent a working space and allow the site manager to look after you.
My walk around day one was an amazing experience where site manager showed me available offices in the price range that l suited me.
We had an agreement signed in a matter of hours and we moved in on the next day.
Huge range of additional perks and services which are at your disposal.
Great on site customer service team ready to help out to resolve any issues.
Highly recommended.

We’ve been using the Regus office space…

We’ve been using the Regus office space at Green Park for quite some time now, and the experience has been exceptional. The facility is modern, well-maintained, and provides a professional environment that’s perfect for business operations.

A special mention goes to Shashwat, the central manager, who has been incredibly supportive and attentive to all our needs. His professionalism and dedication ensure that everything runs smoothly, and any requests are handled promptly.

The amenities provided—meeting rooms, high-speed internet, and communal areas—are top-notch and make for a productive workspace.

Overall, Regus Green Park has been a great partner for our business, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable office space in Reading.

Never join this company, Warning for anyone interested NO Rules NO ethics, and Frauds everywhere, Non-cooperative management Following mine, read all reviews left by all the other poor Regus tenants s

After being a loyal tenant for almost 3 years now, just like other businesses at Regus Green Park Reading, Regus has also become money hungry. False claims of breaching contracts with no valid reason, to get you to renew a new one with less than one day notice in order to pay higher fees. They cancelled the contracts a 11th hour (30 mins before the end of the last woring day of the week) on the last day of contract without any prior notice or any written notice. Only a phone at the 11th hour of the day with verbal news. No rules or clause to follow in the agreement. which is part of agreement that was signed. Making their own excuses and breaching their own contracts. On here for all of you, please pay attention to a head of customer service at Regus, Sarah Meoldy posted a response to someone else complaining on the 9th of november 2021 stating clearly that ‘ an agreement cannot be cancelled immediately , some advance warning is necessary should you wish to end a contract and it should be no less than the specified length in the agreement terms’ , which in my case in 30 days. In addition she says ‘ once the agreement is signed, it is binding and cannot be simply terminated , the agreement terms represent formal business commitment’.
BUT THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO THEM IF THEY WANT TO CANCEL WITHOUT FOLLOWING ANY OF THE ABOVE , THEY CAN CENCEL AT ANY TIME AND MOMENT.

Also rude & Aggressive management if you inquire anything and scary/threatening behaviour when I mentioned that many other companies have the same complaints about the behaviour and they are not happy either. Reception Staff who label you as prejudicial as a cop out comment.
Saying that ‘because I am different race you guys are saying this, if I was white you would not say this’, and calling me prejudice which is completely not acceptable and not a professional conversation. Also mentioning that since he had arguments with another tenant and he said and reported about the same threatening bad aggressive behaviour, we are all supporting each other. This is a disgrace.

Other tenants and I are very unhappy and are all considering moving, I would definitely not recommend moving into this company, save your time and money from unneeded headaches, breaches of contracts and disrespectful management..
I requested to speak to a senior member of staff which I was not allowed as there are no direct contacts for senior management or customer service staff is available.
Instead a city manager calls me and been so rude and stubborn attitude - While Desk Manager gave one reason/excuse the so called senior manager had completely different reason/excuse but no rules to follow. And no valid reason. She would not even accept the mistake made by them and not following the notice procedure either. Instead giving example related to my personal matters.
Given that I started feeling as I am being a personal slave to them or I have done a crime to be a tenant at this company.

In more details, they lock out the office from access with no prior notice holding thousands of pounds worth personal items and office equipements with personal documentation.
Based on my nature of Business I lost two sales worth around £14000.

There is no direct contacts for higher management, you file a complaint for an urgent intervention but no body would bother to contact you. Customer service does not care , there is no direct emails for customer service or higher management. Made a complaint to their local Regus customer service requesting for senior management to contact me and listen to the problem however there is no contact and no care. Im still waiting.

They leave you with no option and force you to accept their terms by hook or crook. I am considering legal proceedings now. Their staf is also not qualified, Any time i asked a question, the response was ‘I dont know’.

I truly wish i had read the reviews before choosing regus despite the 3 years being here. There have been problems which i had been ignoring. A latest example, my offices main light was not functional. Reporting this to the manager, almost every day it was not fixed for a good few weeks. I had to work in the dark but Regus management is neither sorry or offered any compensation.

Poor customer service, hidden agendas

terrible management and poor customer services, I have held an office with Regus reading for 4 years, they inflated my price for the renewal which is/was due November 2023, its understandable a little bit goes up every year, I eventually managed to secure a good renewal deal in early September 2023, which we were all happy with, only to be told on 1st October 2023 that I had been 'AUTO-RENEWED' at the original extortionate price not my liased renewal price! I have been back and forth with many people in Regus reading regarding this issue and no-one seems to care or is willing to do anything, my centre management team or the renewal team should have stated you have until the 1st October 2023 to finalise because of this, its like they don't want to keep me as a customer! even though I was away from the UK for most of September and ill with covid for 2-3 weeks, they are penalising me because of this now, I have 4 other offices with my close friends in Regus and I will be telling them not to renew with Regis reading either as of this bad experience I have incurred. look elsewhere for shared office spaces Landmark and Arena are much better then Regus with regards to customer services, I will be sending my review to all other platforms like google review amounts many others too.

We take renewals very seriously and ensure that the process, which is very simple, is communicated to customers upfront. Prior to any renewal, our customers receive courtesy email reminders. According to our history, you received these emails on 24 July 2023 with detailed information on prices, terms and the option of ending the agreement if you no longer require our services. This was sent to the email address we have on file, which you can review and amend at any time by logging in to your account online (myregus.com).
Once your agreement with us has been renewed, we confirm it via email. You can check these emails in the Account > Documents section of your online account.
Your centre team have discussed with you on the pricing, but it was no longer available as you have not responded to their emails. Therefore, your current agreement will expire on 31 October 2024 with the renewed price and it’s a formal business commitment.
If you need further support in this matter, please feel free to contact your centre team who remains your key contact here. We appreciate your business.

Constant Issues

We have been long-standing clients of Regus and have consistently encountered issues with their services. In June, we initiated an office transfer for a contract we held at the Regus building in Manchester to be moved to our other office, where we have been located throughout the year due to a contract renewal. However, what should have been a straightforward transfer took over a month to be processed on their system. During this time, we were billed restoration fees, even though we did not vacate our existing office. We promptly informed the Help Desk that these fees should not have been imposed, as we were simply transferring the contract from one location to another. Despite our complaint in August, we have yet to receive the promised credit notes for these restoration fees, as Regus assured us.

Furthermore, due to the situation above, we were required to submit a new deposit, despite Regus already holding a two-month deposit. They suggested that we request a refund for the current deposit they are holding to offset the new deposit they are charging us. We formally requested this refund; however, it has now been over a month, and we are still awaiting the return of our deposit. When we inquired with the Help Desk about the delay, they informed us that only £800 out of our £6,000 deposit, which they are meant to be refunding us, would be returned, offering no explanation for this decision. It is perplexing why Regus is withholding our two-month deposit while simultaneously charging us for another two months. If they are retaining our deposit, it stands to reason that they should not impose additional charges. They are currently holding four months deposit when they should only be holding two months.

Our experience with Regus since June has been marked by a series of issues stemming from what should have been a simple office transfer. Due to management changing constantly at this Regus branch, we have been going around in circles trying to sort these issues out. This situation has turned into a protracted and frustrating ordeal, causing significant inconvenience and financial strain.

The office restoration service was raised when ending the agreement but a credit note was also immediately raised. You can find this in your online account, myregus.com > Account > Billing and Payments.
Regarding the retainer amount, you were refunded £889.91 which was now excess retainer we had on file for you. You understood that this was all that we had on file for you, which is incorrect. You have now been provided details of the remaining retainer balance in your account.

I’d give this place a 0 out of 5 if I could, not because of its location but because of the unprofessional and rude nature of its senior staff, it’s manager(who has now moved to TVP) and it’s regional manager who threatened me with lawyers if I wrote a review of my negative experience with them. Long story short, the aircon in the building was out of sync - either too hot to the point where I had to sit in my underwear to work or too cold where I’d have to wear a jacket to work. For context I had a one desk room. When I reported this to the then manager, she laughed and said ‘At least you are in a private room.’ I found this very unacceptable as I am paying for a space I can work in. I then get a call from the regional manager who says she wants to work with me to get this sorted. I of course cancelled my contract because the temperature differences was getting ridiculous where I would have to go back home after a couple of hours. The regional manager said that the previous manager offered me another room so there wasn’t much they could do, which he didn’t. I only received an email from him once saying he is looking into it. The current regional manager rudely insisted I was offered another room. When I explained several times that wasn’t, she got one of her sales guy to sell me another room. When I visited the sales guy (the room he was in was boiling, which he pointed out to). Instead of offering me another room, they tried to sell me a room in the same corridor I had my current room. Instead of trying to fix the issue, they had the audacity to try and sell me another room! Apparently the sales guy was told to sell me a room and not show me a room until my contract ended. It’s such a shame because it’s such a good location and price but the senior staff are an absolute joke. I’m sure someone will reply to say they offered me a room - yes, a week before my contract ended and after multiple emails and phone calls!

Update: I received the below response from Regus on the 20.06.23 as an email. They are so happy to lie about the whole situation. 1. The issue hadn’t been resolved within a month! I complained in November and when I went to see a member of the sales team in March, it was boiling hot! 2. I wasn’t shown any alternate spaces immediately! I complained in November. They tried to sell me another room in March and when I said this was out of order, they offered me a room 2 weeks before my contract was coming to an end. 3. I was threatened with legal action by the team leader. I’m not going to allow anyone to bully me into feeling like I should just dismiss my experience because they decide to lie and try and cover up their actions.
I would think long and hard and maybe request working within the office for a trail run before signing a contract with this company.

Let me assure you that any of our customers are free to leave reviews. We value all feedback as this helps to improve as a business and gives us the opportunity put things right when necessary; we would never threaten legal action for such a thing.
Whilst there was an issue with the heating system that started in January this was repaired in February.
We do everything we can to put things right as soon as possible but issues such as this can take longer than we’d like due to engineer availability and the complexity of the repair that is required. It’s clear that this caused you some discomfort and we’re truly sorry about this.
Our agreements are flexible, and you do have the option to transfer elsewhere in the same centre or to another centre should you wish to.
It’s unfair of you to make such accusations about our representative, as a business it would not make sense to delay any viewings regardless of the remaining agreement term.
When you escalated this to me back in March it was actioned immediately and you were shown a number of available spaces with varying pricing options.
It’s clear that your dissatisfied following your experience with us and I apologise that we have fallen short of the high standards that we set from ourselves.
