We had to open home office to have my people work if the internet is down and this is happening on a weekly basis. And for that reason we are not renewing our contract.
We unable to make online meetings or operate without interruptions. Very bad

My experience with Regus has been horrible!!!!!
My experience with Regus has been frustrating and disappointing. Due to the confusing design of their app, I unintentionally ended up with two memberships. Despite providing clear evidence of the mistake and minimal usage of the duplicate account, Regus initially refused to issue a refund.
After prolonged discussions and escalation, Regus agreed in writing to refund the agreed amount upon removal of my reviews. Acting in good faith, I removed the reviews as requested, but now they have only issued credit notes instead of an actual refund to my original payment method.
If Regus does not process the full refund as agreed, I will have no choice but to take legal action to recover the amount owed. I strongly caution others to carefully review their contracts and be wary of Regus’s refund and cancellation policies before signing up.
