The worst company to rent office space from! From the beginning of this company taking over to manage the building I was renting space in, they were terrible. The customer service was awful. No one takes accountability. They would dismiss legitimate complaints. Their billing practices are horrific with hidden fees and over charging. Avoid this company at all costs.

This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide our customers. We take customer service and billing transparency very seriously.
Your centre team is your primary point of contact, and they’re available to help you resolve any concerns. Should they not know how to assist you, they’re still able to guide you towards a resolution team. Alternatively, you can contact our account helpdesk team via the ‘Help’ section of your online account (myregus.com), and they can help you with account, billing and payment queries.
The details of all the charges and services are outlined in our agreement. We bill our customers according to it.

Good value for anyone needing a physical workspace to see clients

Great office, great location, great service
The office is perfectly situated and close to everything. Mitsy, the office manager, is an amazing communicator and does an excellent job coordinating rentable office spaces. The rentable offices are clean, quiet and comfortable. Office Wifi speed is relatively acceptable, but would be great if the wifi was at least 50mbps up and 50mbps down. The current wifi (around 15mbps up and 15 mbps down) is just barely acceptable for small video calls/meetings. Overall, a great office space with a large, sunny meeting room. I will return to this location.

Run from these Liars
Run from these Liars. They commit actual fraud. I signed a 3-month lease. They renewed it just two days later for an additional 3 months, which I did not want or approve. They also added undisclosed optional charges, which cannot be removed and are therefore not optional. Never mind the horrible billing practices.

As the global leader in flexible workspace solutions, we do not engage in any fraudulent practices against our customers.
For 3-month agreements, a one-month notice is required to terminate the agreement without automatic renewal. While I understand that signing on 26 June left limited time to submit a cancellation notice, on 28 June you received a courtesy reminder email. This message clearly outlined pricing, terms, and the option to end the agreement should our services no longer be required.
Transparency is fundamental to us and we always ensure that any concerns have been clarified before an agreement is signed. Please note that you can provide termination notice, review your agreement, invoices, check and amend your services at any time using your online account by logging on to myregus.com.
