I would have given 5 stars for the…

I would have given 5 stars for the security and cleanliness of the offices and the building in general. but the billing department is horrible. the billing department need to do better job. They sent me one-month unpaid rent bill from each month May 2025 to February 2026. It was a back and forth with me sending them my bank statements, paid invoices and the issue was still evolving until March 2026 when I did see that one-month unpaid rent removed but another bill of $ 57 of late fee was sent instead. They finally removed the late fee when i provided them my paid invoice records again. I'm waiting to see what other billing issue they will have at the end of April 2026.
as I'm writing this review, the Germantown location front desk AKA manager of the location I retain to mention her name here does not speak or talk to me because of this billing issue I keep bring to her attention each month. I was fed-up with me having to show them proof of payment each and every time.
she does not reply/ respond to my greetings, she does not great me. She refuses to talk to me period.
In conclusion I love the building I love my office space but they people managing this Germantown location need to do better addressing billing issues since they said they are not processing billing on premises.

We signed a contract for a year & you are kicking us out with just 7 days of notice

I am writing on behalf of Intellect Design Arena Ltd., our business. We have signed a contract with you to provide workspaces in six offices across Europe. However, we have not been assigned a Relationship Manager with whom we can communicate.

We are being asked to leave our German office with only 7 working days' notice despite paying around £10,000 per month. We've tried contacting you through your German number +49 (0) 69 509565500 and have sent five emails to to Frankfurt.messeturm but haven't received a response. Please communicate with us about this matter.

Hi Rohan, we apologise for any inconvenience you’re experiencing following the partial closure of one of our centres.
We acknowledge that this can be a frustrating experience for customers and it’s something we try to avoid wherever possible.
We understand that you'd have appreciated greater notice. Unfortunately, on this occasion we were unable to provide it, but I will make the relevant enquiries and take steps to prevent the situation from happening again.
Whilst moving office is not something you were planning on doing we're doing all we can to make the transition seamless.
A senior member of the local team has since contacted you and is assisting with your internal move and he remains your point of contact.
