Avoid Regus
I’ve been renting rooms at Regus Markham Allstate for more than five years. They have issues with their accounts and online booking system. I have to monitor closely with their bills. The previous staff were helpful and prompt in rectifying and solving the problems.
Recently Regus Allstate changed their manager, and my experience is that she is not helpful solving my online booking problems (which is another big issue with their system). I sent her office emails as I was unable to book a room online as my account is blocked for no reasons (I paid my bills promptly). No one cared to respond until I called the office 4 days later. The new manager kept telling me to go to Help online. As we all know those Help online is not HELPFUL as the answers are robotic and redirecting. At this moment I cannot get in touch with anyone to fix the issue.
As well, it takes 7-8 seconds to print ONE black and white copy, and much longer to print a coloured copy using their copying machine. Any convenience store photocopier is faster than that and with good quality.
I do not recommend this company.
