Nothing seems right here

Nothing seems right here. Poor services and maintenance. The entire management is only bothered about collecting invoices and doing things as per their whims and wishes.

I don't agree to your comment that the premises are maintained as per the standard and if this is the standard than that's really bad.

Also I have not yet received the promised resolution to the issues and the local center team now say that they don't have the authority to do the needful, which they had earlier agreed to.

I’m so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
We bill in advance and our invoices are made up of two different types of charges:
1. Recurring charges like your monthly office fee, parking, signage… These are billed in advance.
2. One-time charges like meeting rooms, photocopies, admin support… These are billed in arrears.
All your invoices are available in your online account (Account section) and payable upon receipt but no later than the 15th day of each month.
At Regus, the maintenance of our facilities is very important, and we can assure you of our highest standards.
They’re maintained according to their maintenance schedule. I have escalated your comments to your centre team who have confirmed that your concerns have been addressed.
Please remember that your centre team is available to answer any of your queries. Alternatively, you can respond to my team member who is in touch with you for further assistance.

Everything was good till we wanted to…

Everything was good till we wanted to extend the tenure to a year.
The sales team offered a rate earlier and escalated it 41% at the time of finalisation.
Thus we left the unit.
Did not end the contract at a happy note.

I’m sorry for your dissatisfaction.
At Regus, we work hard to ensure our services offer exceptional value to our customers and provide many different options to meet every requirement and budget.
Our product price varies according to the type of agreement, the size of the office, the prevailing market rate and so on.
Initially, when you signed the month-to-month agreement, you were given a preferential monthly fee. In addition to this, the greater flexibility is reflected in the costs. We are sorry we are unable to maintain the same price for the 12-month agreement due to the reasons mentioned above.
We appreciate your business and would like to discuss other options available. Your centre team confirmed that they have contacted you regarding this matter. Please respond to them for further assistance.
