The maintenance of our facilities is very important, and we can assure you of our highest standards.
Your concern about the smell you refer to was investigated and although your centre team and city manager were unable to detect any odour, our maintenance team visited the following day as a precaution and they too were unable to detect an odour in your office, neighbouring offices or the corridor outside your office; we offered you an alternative space (which you declined) but will continue to monitor the situation.
We are committed to the highest standards of integrity, honesty, openness, and professionalism in all our activities, and I can only apologise if a member of our team gave you cause for concern. I assure you that the situation was properly investigated by our area director, and you were contacted by another city manager soon afterwards because of this.
Your centre team is your main point of contact, and they can escalate any issues on your behalf if the need arises. You are also able to raise queries through the ‘Help’ section of your online account (Myregus.com).
