It is well located; you can easily park your bike out or in if really necessary. I always find a space to work and you have all you nee inside to go through the day.

At this point, i.e. facing almost 12 months of billing inaccuracies and coercive auto-renewals out of process, the biggest issue isn’t miscalculations and poor account management— it’s whether anything you’re told can be relied upon.
Over time, the explanations have been inconsistent, the facts have shifted, and previously acknowledged issues have been reframed. Simply repeating a position doesn’t make it accurate — but that appears to be the approach.
Credits correcting incorrect charges are described as “goodwill”.
Billing errors are later presented differently.
Key events are reinterpreted depending on who responds.
It creates a situation where:
👉 you can’t reconcile the account
👉 you can’t rely on the explanation
👉 and you’re expected to accept both
After long enough, it stops feeling like resolution is the goal — and starts feeling like persistence is being tested.
For any business, that’s not just frustrating — it’s a risk.
The only consistent part of this experience has been the lack of clarity and accountability. Obviously, care for the customer and the impact of Regus's errors on our business has been non-existent.
Still open to resolving this — but it requires facts and accountability, not repetition and time wasting.
