Buenas tardes. En REGUS Alicante han recortado el servicio de limpieza que tanto había valorado satisfactoriamente con anterioridad, reduciendo el personal y el servicio por lo que la limpieza en general se ve afectada y en cambio todo sube el arrendamiento cada año y no quieren larga duración alquileres cuando somos clientes.

Very unprofessional management from IWG…
Very unprofessional management from IWG & Regus. The facility lacks basic hygienic standards and functionality. The facility lost power for 3 business days without notice and no explanation was given until the situation was resolved, very poor management as said. We requested some form of compensation, instead we received a bill for the following month and no compensation. We might have stayed if it wasn't for a specific employee from IWG/Regus, this person will be receiving a formal complaint.
Additionally, we complained about a clear safety risk and were instead told it is "perfectly normal" to have an ant infestation by the coffee machine.. I know, it doesn't sound real, but it is unfortunately. After seeing many facilities around Europe, this one is by far the worst. Strongly advise against pursuing a contract with this facility.

The cleanliness and air conditioning
The cleanliness, in general, leaves a lot to be desired, there is dust in all the offices, only is clean the trash cans, but not the dust on top of the cabinets, for example. The windows have not been cleaned for more than 6 months, it is a shame, since this office has great views.
And speaking of air conditioning, the device we have cannot be fixed and we are waiting for a split, I can't remember since when, we have spent the heat waves with a fan that we brought from home, just like last winter that we had to install a stove

Yo sigo esperando que me devuelvan el anticipo
Yo sigo esperando que me devuelvan el anticipo, hace más de mes y medio y no me dan solución, solo que tenga paciencia. La peor experiencia que he tenido. Te cobran por todo y luego lo que tienen que devolver no lo hacen en tiempo y forma. Nunca más.....
La devolución se solicitó el 26 de abril. Y hoy me habeis mandado un mail, diciendome que como no se incluyó en el pago del 6 de junio, lo pasáis al 6 de julio y que después me espere de 5 a 7 dias para comprobar que me llega, En total van a ser más de 2 meses esperando mi dinero. Y eso si es cierto y no volvéis luego con otra historia. A mi por retrasarme con los pagos me cobrabais bastante dinero, espero que vosotros hagáis lo mismo cuando os retrasáis con vuestros pagos.
Hoy es dia 10 de julio y sigo sin noticias del reembolso, ni respuesta por su parte de mis correos, llevo más de 3 meses esperando mi dinero, quiero mi dinero y los intereses por la demora.
